Claims (9)
- キャビティ構造を有する無線周波数フィルタであって、
キャビティを有するために内部が中空であり、一側に開放面を有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの開放面を密封するカバーと、
前記ハウジングの中空に位置する共振素子と、を含み、
前記カバーは、各共振素子が対応する部位に貫通孔が形成され、前記貫通孔を覆う周波数チューニングのためのチューニング構造物が設置され、
前記チューニング構造物の材質の熱膨張係数と前記カバーの材質の熱膨張係数は異なることを特徴とする無線周波数フィルタ。 - 前記チューニング構造物はコップ形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線周波数フィルタ。
- 複数のドットピーン構造は前記チューニング構造物の底面に外部打刻装備により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線周波数フィルタ。
- 前記複数のドットピーン構造は、前記外部打刻装備により前記チューニング構造物に形成されることによって、前記チューニング構造物の底面に凸部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の無線周波数フィルタ。
- 前記チューニング構造物は金属板状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線周波数フィルタ。
- 前記チューニング構造物の熱膨張係数は、前記カバーの熱膨張係数より低いことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の無線周波数フィルタ。
- 前記チューニング構造物の材質は銅であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の無線周波数フィルタ。
- 前記チューニング構造物は前記コップ形状の上端に、前記カバーで前記貫通孔の周辺部と当接する係止部材が形成されることを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の無線周波数フィルタ。
- 前記カバーの貫通孔の周辺部に前記チューニング構造物の前記係止部材に対応する溝が形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の無線周波数フィルタ。
