Claims (20)
- 器具が通るのを可能にするように構成される通路を有する医療デバイス上の取付け位置と、
前記器具のある長さを支持するように構成される器具支持体と、
該器具支持体と前記取付け位置との間の角度を回転可能に調節するように構成される旋回接続部とを含む、
器具位置決め機構。 - 前記取付け位置は、内視鏡の上に含められ、前記器具は、前記内視鏡を通される、請求項1に記載の器具位置決め機構。
- 前記器具は、カテーテルを含み、前記器具支持体は、前記カテーテルを支持する伸縮自在の安定器を含む、請求項1に記載の器具位置決め機構。
- 前記旋回接続部は、球面継手を含み、回転についての3つの自由度をもたらす、請求項1に記載の器具位置決め機構。
- 前記旋回接続部は、自在継手を含み、回転についての2つの自由度をもたらす、請求項1に記載の器具位置決め機構。
- 前記旋回接続部は、回転継手を含み、回転についての1つの自由度をもたらす、請求項1に記載の器具位置決め機構。
- 前記器具支持体は、カテーテルハンドルを受けるように構成される近位端部分にカテーテルハンドルアダプタを含む、請求項1に記載の器具位置決め機構。
- 前記取付け位置は、作業通路を有する内視鏡を含み、前記旋回接続部は、作業通路アダプタに繋がる、請求項1に記載の器具位置決め機構。
- 器具が通るのを可能にするように構成される作業通路を有する内視鏡と、
前記器具のある長さを支持するように構成され、前記器具のある長さを調節可能に支持するよう拡張可能である、伸縮自在の安定器と、
該伸縮自在の安定器と前記内視鏡との間の角度を回転可能に調節するように構成され、前記器具を受け入れるよう中空又は開放である、旋回接続部とを含む、
器具位置決め機構。 - 前記器具は、カテーテルを含み、前記伸縮自在の安定器は、前記カテーテルを支持して、捻転又は垂下がりを防止する、請求項9に記載の器具位置決め機構。
- 前記旋回接続部は、球面継手を含み、回転についての3つの自由度をもたらす、請求項9に記載の器具位置決め機構。
- 前記旋回接続部は、自在継手を含み、回転についての2つの自由度をもたらす、請求項9に記載の器具位置決め機構。
- 前記旋回接続部は、回転継手を含み、回転についての1つの自由度をもたらす、請求項9に記載の器具位置決め機構。
- 前記伸縮自在の安定器は、カテーテルハンドルを受けるように構成される近位端部分にカテーテルハンドルアダプタを含む、請求項9に記載の器具位置決め機構。
- 前記旋回接続部は、作業通路アダプタに繋がる、請求項9に記載の器具位置決め機構。
- 器具を位置付ける方法であって、
作業通路を有する内視鏡に取付け位置を提供すること、
旋回接続部によって前記作業通路に対する前記取付け位置に器具支持体を取り付けること、
器具を前記器具支持体内に通し、前記旋回接続部を通じて、前記作業通路内に至らせること、及び
前記内視鏡に対する前記器具支持体の角度を調節して、前記器具の使用の容易さ又は減少させられた空間のうちの少なくとも1つをもたらすことを含む、
方法。 - 前記器具支持体の長さを調節し、前記旋回接続部を用いて前記器具支持体を回転させることによって、前記器具をナビゲートすることを更に含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記旋回接続部は、球面継手、自在継手、又は回転継手のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記器具は、カテーテルを含み、前記器具支持体は、伸縮自在の安定器を含み、当該方法は、前記伸縮自在の安定器の長さを調節して前記カテーテルを支持することを更に含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 1人の操作者で前記器具及び前記内視鏡を用いて処置を行うことを更に含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
