Description
Claims (18)
- 方向性電磁鋼板の表面に間隔をおいてレーザビームを照射する方向性電磁鋼板の磁区微細化方法において、
前記電磁鋼板の少なくともいずれか一領域でレーザビームによって形成される照射線が、電磁鋼板の一地点を中心点として円周方向に沿って間隔をおいて広がって形成される方向性電磁鋼板の磁区微細化方法。 - 前記一領域は、変圧器鉄心の製造時、電磁鋼板と電磁鋼板との接合部である、請求項1に記載の方向性電磁鋼板の磁区微細化方法。
- 前記一領域は、圧延方向に対して傾斜して切断形成された切断部である、請求項1または2に記載の方向性電磁鋼板の磁区微細化方法。
- 前記中心点は、前記切断部によって電磁鋼板に形成されて鈍角をなす角である、請求項3に記載の方向性電磁鋼板の磁区微細化方法。
- 前記照射線は、切断部によって電磁鋼板に形成されて鈍角をなす角を中心として電磁鋼板の圧延方向に直角な延長線と前記切断部の切断面との間に形成される、請求項4に記載の方向性電磁鋼板の磁区微細化方法。
- 前記中心点を中心として隣り合う照射線の間の角度は、1〜10°である、請求項5に記載の方向性電磁鋼板の磁区微細化方法。
- 前記照射線は、電磁鋼板の幅方向側端から前記中心点まで延長形成された、請求項6に記載の方向性電磁鋼板の磁区微細化方法。
- レーザ発生部から照射されたレーザビームの方向を切り替えて電磁鋼板の表面に照射線を形成するレーザミラーと、前記レーザミラーに連結され、レーザミラーを予め設定された角度ずつ回転させてレーザビームの照射方向を電磁鋼板の一地点を中心として回転移動させるための駆動部と、前記駆動部に連結され、前記レーザミラーの回転角度を制御するコントローラとを含み、電磁鋼板の一側領域における照射線が、電磁鋼板の一地点を中心点として円周方向に沿って間隔をおいて広がって形成される構造である方向性電磁鋼板の磁区微細化装置。
- 前記磁区微細化装置は、レーザビームが照射される方向性電磁鋼板に張力を付与するサポートロールをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方向性電磁鋼板の磁区微細化装置。
- 前記電磁鋼板は、圧延方向に対して傾斜して切断されて切断部を形成し、前記切断部によって電磁鋼板に形成されて鈍角をなす角が前記中心点をなして、前記駆動部は、レーザミラーを、前記中心点を中心として回転させて照射線を形成する構造である、請求項8または9に記載の方向性電磁鋼板の磁区微細化装置。
- 前記駆動部は、前記中心点を中心としてレーザミラーを1〜10°の角度に回転させて照射線を形成する構造である、請求項10に記載の方向性電磁鋼板の磁区微細化装置。
- 表面に磁区微細化のための照射線が形成され、前記照射線は、少なくともいずれか一領域で電磁鋼板の一地点を中心点として円周方向に沿って間隔をおいて広がって形成された方向性電磁鋼板。
- 前記電磁鋼板は、変圧器の鉄心製造用である、請求項12に記載の方向性電磁鋼板。
- 前記電磁鋼板は、圧延方向に対して傾斜して切断部が切断形成され、前記照射線は、切断部によって電磁鋼板に形成されて鈍角をなす角を中心点として角度をおいて形成された、請求項12または13に記載の方向性電磁鋼板。
- 前記照射線は、切断部によって電磁鋼板に形成されて鈍角をなす角を中心として電磁鋼板の圧延方向に直角な延長線と前記切断部の切断面との間に形成された、請求項14に記載の方向性電磁鋼板。
- 前記中心点を中心として隣り合う照射線の間の角度は、1〜10°である、請求項15に記載の方向性電磁鋼板。
- 前記照射線は、一部または全部が電磁鋼板の幅方向側端から前記中心点まで延長形成されるか、電磁鋼板の幅方向側端から中心点に向かって中心点に至らない位置までのみ延長形成された、請求項15に記載の方向性電磁鋼板。
- 前記照射線のうち、中心点に至らない位置までのみ延長形成された照射線は、電磁鋼板の幅方向側端から中心点に向かって電磁鋼板の幅の1/2〜9/10位置までのみ延長形成された、請求項17に記載の方向性電磁鋼板。
