Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の外科用スネアが使用される大腸内視鏡システム100の概略図である。システム100は、本体102及び本体から延びるフレキシブルシャフト104を有する大腸内視鏡を備え、このフレキシブルシャフトは、治療サイトにアクセスするためにボディ内への挿入に適している。シャフト104は、様々なチャネル、例えば、器具チャネル及び従来のような観察チャネル(図示せず)を収容している。観察チャネルは、治療サイトの画像を観察窓106に伝えるのに適切な光学機器を運ぶ。
Claims (18)
- アウタスリーブおよび、前記アウタスリーブ内に取り付けられ且つ前記アウタスリープに対して摺動可能なインナプッシュロッドを備えるフレキシブルアクチュエータシャフトと、
前記アウタスリーブの遠位端に取り付けられた端部キャップと、
前記インナプッシュロッドの遠心端へ接続されたワイヤのニブレスループと、を備え、
前記端部キャップはワイヤの前記ニブレスループを受け取るための通路を含み、それによって前記インナプッシュロッドは、ワイヤの前記ニブレスループを前記端部キャップ内へ退避させるように動作可能であり、
前記端部キャップは、その遠心端に、ワイヤの前記ニブレスループが前記端部キャップ内へ完全に退避させられた時に当接する反作用表面を含んでいる、外科用スネア。 - 前記反作用表面は前記端部キャップの水平または凹状の遠位面である、請求項1に記載の外科用スネア。
- 前記反作用表面は、前記端部キャップへ完全に退避させられた時のワイヤの前記ニブレスループを受け取るための溝を含んでいる、請求項1または2に記載の外科用スネア。
- カテーテルを備え、その遠位端で前記端部キャップを配備させるために、前記フレキシブルアクチュエータシャフトは前記カテーテル内に摺動可能に取り付けられる、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の外科用スネア。
- 前記アウタスリーブは、外科用スコーピング装置の前記器具チャネル内で摺動可能に受け取ることができるカテーテルを形成する、請求項1から4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の外科用スネア。
- 前記カテーテルは前記カテーテルの遠位端に向かって狭くなる先端セクションを有する、請求項4または5に記載の外科用スネア。
- 吸引力が前記カテーテルの前記遠位端を越えて付与されることを可能にする前記カテーテルの周りに流体流路がある、請求項4から6のいずれか1項に記載の外科用スネア。
- ワイヤの前記ニブレスループは、その2端が接合されるワイヤから形成される一定円周のループを備える、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の外科用スネア。
- ワイヤの前記ニブレスループは、前記ワイヤの前記2端間の接合点で前記インナプッシュロッドに接続される、請求項8に記載の外科用スネア。
- 前記ワイヤは優先的に丸い形状を帯びるように訓練された形状記憶合金である、請求項8または9に記載の外科用スネア。
- 前記丸い形状は10mm以下の直径を有する円である、請求項10に記載の外科用スネア。
- 前記ワイヤはニチノールから作られる、請求項8から11のいずれか1項に記載の外科用スネア。
- 前記一定円周のループの内表面は、切断を容易にするために粗くされる、請求項8から12のいずれか1項に記載の外科用スネア。
- 前記端部キャップ及びワイヤの前記ニブレスループは前記フレキシブルアクチュエータシャフト上に取り外し可能に取り付けられる、先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の外科用スネア。
- ワイヤの前記ニブレスループは前記カテーテルの内表面に取り付けられた第1端、および前記インナプッシュロッドに取り付けられた第2端を有する、請求項4から7のいずれか1項に記載の外科用スネア。
- 前記カテーテルの遠位端から近位に変位される前記カテーテルの内表面の箇所で前記第1端が取り付けられる、請求項15に記載の外科用スネア。
- 前記反応表面はその上に取り付けられたブレードを有し、前記ブレードの遠位エッジは前記カテーテルの遠位端へ近位に位置付けられている、請求項4から7のいずれか1項に記載の外科用スネア。
- アウタスリーブおよび、前記アウタスリーブ内に取り付けられ且つ前記アウタスリーブに対して摺動可能なインナプッシュロッドを備えるフレキシブルアクチュエータシャフトと、
前記アウタスリーブの遠位端に取り付けられた端部キャップと、
前記インナプッシュロッドの遠位端に接続されたワイヤのニブレスループと、を備え、
前記端部キャップはワイヤの前記ニブレスループを受け取るための通路を含み、それによって前記インナプッシュロッドはワイヤの前記ニブレスループを前記端部キャップ内へ退避させるために操作可能であり、
ワイヤの前記ニブレスループは、ニチノールを備える、外科用スネア。
