Abstract
Description
IV:UHMWPEの固有粘度は、PTC−179(Hercules Inc.Rev.Apr.29,1982)の方法に従い、デカリン中135℃において、16時間の溶解時間で、酸化防止剤として2g/l溶液の量のDBPCを用いて、種々の濃度で測定した粘度をゼロ濃度まで外挿することによって決定される。
に従って算出することができ、式中、mは1センチメートル当たりの個々の織り糸の平均数であり、pは織り糸に構築された製造時の糸の数であり、tは製造時の糸の線密度(テックス単位)であり、Tは個々の織り糸の線密度(テックス単位)である。
[実施例]
0.193kg/m2のAD、約0.60mmの厚さおよび約2.75mの幅を有し、ダイニーマ(登録商標)SK65として知られている880dtexのポリエチレン糸を含有するバスケット織布からシートを製造し、これに、Queo 0203TM(Borealisから市販のプラストマーであり、約18重量%のオクテンコモノマーを有するエチレン系オクテンプラストマーであり、密度902kg/m3およびDSCピーク融点95℃である)を含浸させた。プラストマーを約145℃の温度で溶融させ、これを布地の表面上に流した。約45バールの圧力をかけ、約120℃の温度でプラストマーを布地内に含浸させた。
L−3 ESSCOから市販されているEsscolam−6TMシートを使用した。Esscolam−6TMシートは、ポリエステル樹脂が含浸され、テドラー(登録商標)コーティングで被覆された、ポリエステル繊維で作られた布地である。テドラー(登録商標)は、DuPontから市販されているポリフッ化ビニルの疎水性フィルムである。結果は表1に示される。
Claims (15)
- シートを含むスペースフレームレドームであって、前記シートが高強度高分子繊維およびプラストマーを含み、前記プラストマーが、エチレンまたはプロピレンと、1つまたは複数のC2〜C12アルファ−オレフィンコモノマーとのコポリマーであり、前記プラストマーが、ISO1183に従って測定したときに860〜940kg/m3の密度を有し、前記シートが、前記高強度高分子繊維の面密度よりも最大で500%高い面密度を有する、スペースフレームレドーム。
- 前記高分子繊維がポリオレフィン繊維である、請求項1に記載のスペースフレームレドーム。
- 前記シートが、前記高強度高分子繊維の面密度よりも最大で300%高い面密度を有する、請求項1に記載のスペースフレームレドーム。
- 前記高分子繊維がポリエチレン繊維、好ましくは高分子量ポリエチレン(HMWPE)繊維、より好ましくは超高分子量ポリエチレン(UHMWPE)繊維である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のスペースフレームレドーム。
- 前記高分子繊維が高分子テープである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のスペースフレームレドーム。
- 前記高分子繊維が、84.5°よりも大きい接触角を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のスペースフレームレドーム。
- 前記シートが、織布、編地、編込み布、編組み布、不織布および/またはこれらの組み合わせを含む群から選択される布地を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のスペースフレームレドーム。
- 前記シートが布地を含み、前記布地の全体に前記プラストマーが含浸された、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のスペースフレームレドーム。
- 前記プラストマーが最大で0.6GPaの引張係数を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のスペースフレームレドーム。
- 前記プラストマーが、エチレンまたはプロピレンと、エチレン、イソブテン、1−ブテン、1−ヘキセン、4−メチル−1−ペンテンおよび1−オクテンを含む群から選択される1つまたは複数のコモノマーとのコポリマーである、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のスペースフレームレドーム。
- 前記シートの厚さが0.2mm〜10mm、好ましくは0.3〜1mmである、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のスペースフレームレドーム。
- 前記シートが、3.2よりも低い誘電率と、0.023よりも低い誘電正接とを有し、前記誘電率および前記誘電正接が、少なくとも0.5GHzと最大で130GHzとの間の周波数で測定される、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のスペースフレームレドーム。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のスペースフレームレドーム壁の製造方法であって、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のシートを相互接続輪郭部に取り付けるステップを含む方法。
- アンテナと、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のスペースフレームレドームとを含むシステム。
- 高強度高分子繊維およびプラストマーを含むシートの、スペースフレームレドーム壁の構造における使用であって、前記プラストマーが、エチレンまたはプロピレンと、1つまたは複数のC2〜C12アルファ−オレフィンコモノマーとのコポリマーであり、前記プラストマーが、ISO1183に従って測定したときに860〜940kg/m3の密度を有し、前記シートが、前記高強度高分子繊維の面密度よりも最大で500%高い面密度を有する、使用。
