Claims (18)
- 光源と光源に放射結合された蛍光体材料とを備える照明装置(10)であって、蛍光体材料は、一般式I:R3-x-zMxCezT5-yNyO12-x-yFx+yの蛍光体組成物(式中、0≦x<3.0、0≦y<5.0、0<z≦0.30であって、x=0のときはy>0、y=0のときはx>0であり、RはY、Tb、Gd、La、Lu又はそれらの組合せであり、TはAl、Sc、Ga、In又はそれらの組合せであり、MはCa、Sr、Ba又はそれらの組合せであり、NはMg、Zn又はそれらの組合せである。)を含む、照明装置(10)。
- 0≦x<1.0である、請求項1に記載の照明装置(10)。
- 0≦y<2.0である、請求項1に記載の照明装置(10)。
- 式Iの蛍光体組成物中のFの少なくとも一部が、Cl、Br、I又はそれらの組合せによって置換される、請求項1に記載の照明装置(10)。
- 式Iの蛍光体組成物が、Pr、Sm、Eu、Dy、Tm、Er、Ho、Nd、Bi、Pb及びYbを含む群から選択された追加の賦活イオンでドープされる、請求項1に記載の照明装置(10)。
- 蛍光体材料が一般式R3-x-zMxCezT5O12-xFxの蛍光体組成物(式中、0≦x<3.0、0<z≦0.30であって、RはY、Tb、Gd、La、Lu又はそれらの組合せであり、MはCa、Sr、Ba又はそれらの組合せであり、TはAl、Sc、Ga、In又はそれらの組合せである。)を含む、請求項1に記載の照明装置(10)。
- 蛍光体材料が一般式R3-x-zMxCezAl5O12-xFxの蛍光体組成物(式中、0≦x<3.0、0<z≦0.30であって、MはCa、Sr、Ba又はそれらの組合せである。)を含む、請求項6に記載の照明装置(10)。
- 蛍光体材料が、一般式R3-zCezT5-yNyO12-yFyの蛍光体組成物(式中、0≦y<5.0、0<z≦0.30であって、RはY、Tb、Gd、La、Lu又はそれらの組合せであり、TはAl、Sc、Ga、In又はそれらの組合せであり、NはMg、Zn又はそれらの組合せである。)を含む、請求項1に記載の照明装置(10)。
- 蛍光体材料が、一般式R3-zCezAl5-yNyO12-yFyの蛍光体組成物(式中、0≦y<5.0、0<z≦0.30であって、NはMg、Zn又はそれらの組合せである。)を含む、請求項8に記載の照明装置(10)。
- 式Iの蛍光体組成物が約520nm〜約620nmの波長範囲内にピーク放出を有する、請求項1に記載の照明装置(10)。
- 式Iの蛍光体組成物が約530nm〜約580nmの波長範囲内にピーク放出を有する、請求項1に記載の照明装置(10)。
- 蛍光体材料が、さらに、追加の蛍光体組成物を含む、請求項1に記載の照明装置(10)。
- 追加の蛍光体組成物が約590nm〜約650nmの波長範囲内にピーク放出を有する、請求項1に記載の照明装置(10)。
- 追加の蛍光体組成物が、マンガンをドープした錯フッ化物である、請求項12に記載の照明装置(10)。
- 追加の蛍光体組成物が、式:(Na,K,Rb,Cs,NH4)2[(Ti,Ge,Sn,Si,Zr,Hf)F6]:Mn4+のものである、請求項14に記載の照明装置(10)。
- 光源が、発光ダイオード(LED)デバイスに基づく光源を備える、請求項1に記載の照明装置(10)。
- 光源と光源に放射結合された蛍光体材料とを備える照明装置(10)であって、蛍光体材料が、一般式I:R3-x-zMxCezT5-yNyO12-x-yFx+yの蛍光体組成物(式中、0≦x<3.0、0≦y<5.0、0<z≦0.30であって、x=0のときはy>0、y=0のときはx>0であり、RはY、Tb、Gd、La、Lu又はそれらの組合せであり、TはAl、Sc、Ga、In又はそれらの組合せであり、MはCa、Sr、Ba又はそれらの組合せであり、NはMg、Zn又はそれらの組合せである。)を含む蛍光体組成物と、約590nm〜約650nmの波長領域内にピーク放出を有する追加の蛍光体組成物とのブレンドを含む、照明装置(10)。
- 追加の蛍光体組成物が、式:(Na,K,Rb,Cs,NH4)2[(Ti,Ge,Sn,Si,Zr,Hf)F6]:Mn4+のものである、請求項14に記載の照明装置(10)。
