Abstract
Description
本開示では、耐熱層が改良されている。WO−2013/002703−A1では、固体ガラス層が使われており、他の選択肢は、低い熱伝導係数を有するポリイミドフィルムなどの薄いプラスチック層を適用することであり、それによって薄い層の使用を可能にしうる。本開示では、異なるアプローチが用いられる。
Claims (7)
- 活性工具表面を加熱するための層のスタックを含む加熱装置を備える射出成形具またはエンボス加工/プレス加工具などの工具であって、前記スタックは、
振動磁界を発生させるための少なくとも一つの巻線コイルを含むコイルキャリア層(21)と、
前記活性工具表面に近接する導電性の最上層(25)と、
前記最上層から見て前記コイルキャリア層の下に位置されるバッキング層(27)であって、前記最上層に電気接続され、前記最上層よりも低い抵抗率を有するバッキング層と、
前記コイルキャリア層と前記最上層との間に配置される導電性の中間層(23)であって、前記最上層よりも低い抵抗率を有する中間層と、
前記中間層と前記最上層との間の耐熱層(29)と、を備える工具であって、
前記耐熱層(29)は、前記活性工具表面から見て前記耐熱層の下の層に接着されるセラミック材料溶射コーティングであることを特徴とする、工具。 - 前記中間層の上面は平らである、請求項1に記載の工具。
- 前記耐熱層は平らな形状に加工される、請求項2に記載の工具。
- 前記耐熱層は、平らな面形状から逸脱して、三次元形状に加工される、請求項3に記載の工具。
- 前記中間層の前記上面は、平らな形状から逸脱して三次元形状に加工され、均一な厚さを有する耐熱層は、前記中間層の前記上面の付与される、請求項1に記載の工具。
- 前記セラミック材料溶射コーティングは、イットリア安定化ジルコニア、つまりYSZを備える、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 両工具半部の間のブランクをエンボス加工/プレス加工するための方法であり、前記工具半部の少なくとも一つに、コイルキャリア層内の少なくとも一つの巻線コイルで振動電界を発生させることで、熱が、前記ブランクに面する活性工具表面に近接する導電性の最上層に、前記最上層と前記コイルキャリア層との間の導電性の中間層を介して発生することを含む方法であって、耐熱層が前記中間層と前記最上層との間に配置され、前記工具半部は共に押圧される、方法において、前記ブランクを三次元に延在する形状に曲げ、その形状は前記耐熱層に加工されることを特徴とする、方法。
