Claims (2)
- 広帯域無線周波数電力増幅器であって、
広帯域包絡線負荷ネットワークを備え、該広帯域包絡線負荷ネットワークは、
主PAを、RFチョークインダクターを介して、ローパスフィルターの入力に接続する入力端子と、
包絡線チョークインダクターを介して前記ローパスフィルターに接続され、かつ直流電源に接続される出力端子と、
終端抵抗器によって、前記ローパスフィルターの出力と接地との間に接続されるDC遮断器と、
をさらに備える、広帯域無線周波数電力増幅器。 - 全配列の電力効率を高めるために、段間整合ネットワークによって最終段増幅器に接続される広帯域ドライバ増幅器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の広帯域無線周波数電力増幅器。
