Claims (10)
- 下水が流入される流入口が前方に配置され、下水が排出される排出口が後方に配置される貫通ホールを持つボディー部と、
前記ボディー部の排出口側に回転可能にヒンジ結合されて、前記ボディー部の排出口を開閉する開閉ドア部と、を含む無動力逆流防止装置において、
前記開閉ドア部には、
前記ボディー部の排出口方向へ逆流される下水によって浮力が発生する多数の浮力部材が一定間隔を有するように配置され、
前記多数の浮力部材の上部に配置されて、前記浮力部材の浮力によって前記ボディー部の排出口を閉鎖し、前記逆流される下水が除去されると、前記ボディー部の排出口が前記開閉ドア部の自重により開放されて、前記ボディー部の流入口から流入される下水を前記ボディー部の排出口へガイドするガイド部が含まれ、
前記ガイド部は、前記多数の浮力部材の上部に接触されて、前記下水の排出を誘導するガイド板と、前記ガイド板の側面から前記浮力部材の反対方向に突き出されて、前記下水の排出を誘導する側面遮断膜と、を含み、
前記開閉ドア部の鉛直下部には、外部の異物を保存する異物保存空間が形成されていることを特徴とする無動力逆流防止装置。 - 前記多数の浮力部材は、互いに同一な間隔で並んで配列されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無動力逆流防止装置。
- 前記多数の浮力部材の大きさは、互いに同一であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無動力逆流防止装置。
- 前記互いに接する浮力部材の間の間隔内には、緩衝部材が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無動力逆流防止装置。
- 前記多数の浮力部材は、内部が空いた空間を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無動力逆流防止装置。
- 前記ガイド板と前記側面遮断膜は、互いに一体型に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無動力逆流防止装置。
- 前記ガイド部は、
前記多数の浮力部材の上部に接触されて、前記下水の排出を誘導するガイド板と、
前記ガイド板の側面から前記浮力部材の反対方向に突き出されて、前記下水の排出を誘導する側面遮断膜と、
前記ガイド板の側面に一側が連結され、前記ボディー部の側面に他側が連結されて、前記ガイド板が前記ボディー部の排出口を閉鎖する場合、長さが減り、前記ガイド板が前記ボディー部の排出口を開放する場合、長さが増える長さ調節部材と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無動力逆流防止装置。 - 前記ボディー部の流入口は、前記流入口から排出口に向ける前記ボディー部の中心軸に対して垂直した方向に切断されており、
前記ボディー部の排出口は、前記ボディー部の中心軸に対して所定角度で斜めに切断されており、
前記ボディー部の流入口の縁には、多数の締結孔を持つ締結部材が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無動力逆流防止装置。 - 前記多数の浮力部材内部には、浮力物質が満たされることを特徴でする請求項1に記載の無動力逆流防止装置。
- 前記ガイド板と前記側面遮断膜は、互いに分離可能であることを特徴でする請求項1に記載の無動力逆流防止装置。
