Claims (9)
- 乳清たんぱく質濃縮物、ベビーフード、ベビーフード液体濃縮物、栄養ドリンク又はチーズ用乳のように熱に弱い流体食材を熱処理するためのプラントであって、
前記流体食材がその中で蒸気の供給による熱処理を受けるインフュージョンチャンバと、
本質的に下方に方向付けられた分離した流体食材噴流を形成するための、前記インフュージョンチャンバの最上部にある複数の開口部に接続された流体食材入口と、
を備え、
前記インフュージョンチャンバは、前記流体食材噴流から前記流体食材を回収するように構成された底部セクションを有し、
前記底部セクションは、前記回収された流体食材が前記インフュージョンチャンバから出ることを可能にする出口開口部を前記インフュージョンチャンバの底部に有し、
前記出口開口部は、ポンプの入口に継ぎ目なく接続され、
冷却ジャケットが、前記底部セクションを冷却するために前記底部セクションを取り囲み、前記冷却ジャケットは前記ポンプに至るまで延びている、

- 前記出口は、前記底部セクションの一体部分であり、前記ポンプハウジングは、前記底部セクションから前記ポンプへの継ぎ目のない移行部を得るために前記出口と一体である、請求項1又は2に記載のプラント。
- 前記底部セクションの出口は、前記ポンプハウジングの入口に直接溶接されて継ぎ目のない移行部を形成する、請求項1又は2に記載のプラント。

- 冷却流体を前記冷却ジャケットに給送するための往き配管と、前記冷却流体を前記冷却ジャケットから戻すための還り管とをさらに備え、前記往き配管の一部が前記ポンプハウジングを通って該ポンプハウジングの内部の位置で前記冷却ジャケットに接続する、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のプラント。
- 前記ポンプは、容積式ポンプ、好ましくはギアポンプ又はローブポンプである、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のプラント。
- 前記ポンプは、遠心ポンプである、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のプラント。
- 前記底部セクションは、前記上部セクションに取外し可能に接続される、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のプラント。
