Claims (21)
- ライセンスド周波数帯を介して、ユーザ機器(UE)装置と無線で通信することと、
アンライセンスド周波数帯の割り当てられたアンライセンスド通信リソースのセット内の未使用の通信リソースを特定することであって、前記割り当てられたアンライセンスド通信リソースのセットは、無線サービスエリア内における複数のUE装置との通信のために割り当てられる、ことと、
前記未使用の通信リソースのうち少なくとも一部を、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯を介する、前記UE装置との通信のために割り当てることと、を含む、方法。 - 前記特定することは、
基地局から、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯内での通信のために前記基地局により選択された利用不可能な通信リソースを示すリソース情報を受信することと、
前記アンライセンスド通信リソースのセットから、前記未使用の通信リソースを、利用不可能な通信リソースとして特定されないリソースとして特定することと、を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記受信することは、
前記リソース情報を、前記基地局に接続されたバックホールを介して受信することを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記受信することは、
前記基地局から無線で送信されたブロードキャストメッセージ内の前記リソース情報を受信することを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記特定することは、
前記UE装置により測定された前記アンライセンスド周波数帯の測定値を示す周波数帯測定情報を前記UE装置から受信することと、
前記干渉測定情報に基づいて、前記未使用の通信リソースを特定することと、を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記周波数帯測定情報に基づいて前記未使用の通信リソースを特定することは、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯が前記周波数帯測定情報に基づいて使用中ではないと判定することと、前記アンライセンスド通信リソースのセットを前記未使用の通信リソースとして特定することと、を含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記周波数帯測定情報は、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯での送信の前に前記アンライセンスド周波数帯を検知するために使用される検知期間よりも長い期間に亘る前記アンライセンスド周波数帯のエネルギレベルを示す、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記アンライセンスド帯が使用中ではないと判定することは、前記エネルギレベルを閾値と比較することを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記周波数帯測定情報は、前記UE装置により測定された前記アンライセンスド周波数帯の受信信号強度インジケータ(RSSI)を示す、請求項8に記載の方法。
- アンライセンスド周波数帯が使用中ではないとの判定に応じて、送信前に前記アンライセンスド周波数帯を検知することなく、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯で信号を送信することを含む非検知モードで通信することと、
前記UE装置に対して前記非検知モードで通信するように指示することと、を更に含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記割り当てられた通信リソースのセットの少なくとも一部が前記UE装置に割り当てられた後、前記UE装置から、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯の前記UE装置により測定されたチャネル測定値を示す無線リソース管理(RRM)測定情報を受信することと、
前記RRM測定値が他の装置による前記アンライセンスド周波数帯の使用に関する可能性を示すという判定に応じて、前記UE装置に対して周波数帯観察手順を実行するための指示を送信して、追加の周波数帯測定値を得ることと、を更に含む、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記周波数帯観察手順の結果に少なくとも基づいて、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯は使用中であると判定することと、
アンライセンスド周波数帯が使用中であると判定したことに応じて、前記アンライセンスド周波数での信号の送信の前に前記アンライセンスド周波数帯を検知することを含む、検知モードで通信することと、
前記UE装置に対して前記検知モードで通信するように指示することと、を更に含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記アンライセンスド周波数帯が使用中であると判定することは、eNBからの干渉情報に少なくとも基づいて判定することを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記判定することは、
前記アンライセンスド周波数帯のエネルギレベルを、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯での送信の前に前記アンライセンスド周波数帯を検知するために使用される検知期間よりも長い期間に亘って測定することと、
前記未使用の通信リソースを前記エネルギレベルに基づいて特定することと、を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記測定することは、アンライセンスド周波数帯全体のエネルギレベルを測定することを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記測定することは、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯の受信信号強度インジケータ(RSSI)を測定することを含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- ユーザ機器(UE)装置で実行される方法であって、
進化型ノードB(eNB)から指示を受信することと、
前記指示に応じて、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯のエネルギレベルを、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯での送信の前に前記アンライセンスド周波数帯を検知するために使用される検知期間よりも長い期間に亘って測定することと、
前記測定中のエネルギレベルを示す前記周波数帯測定情報を前記eNBに報告することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記測定されたエネルギレベルを閾値と比較することであって、前記周波数帯測定情報は、前記エネルギレベルの前記閾値との比較を示す、ことと、を更に含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記測定情報は、測定された値である、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記測定することは、アンライセンスド周波数帯全体のエネルギレベルを測定することを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記アンライセンスド周波数帯の前記エネルギレベルを測定することは、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯の受信信号強度インジケータ(RSSI)を測定することを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
