Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- フレーム、サブフレーム及びタイムスロットを含むタイミング構造を用いて、ライセンスド周波数帯内で第1の信号を通信機器から送信することと、
前記タイミング構造を用いて、アンライセンスド周波数帯内で第2の信号を前記通信機器から送信することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記タイミング構造は、第3世代パートナシッププロジェクト・ロング・ターム・エボリューション(3GPP LTE)通信仕様の改訂版に準拠している、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アンライセンスド周波数帯を監視することと、
少なくとも部分的に前記監視することに基づいて、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯が使用中かどうかを判断することと、
前記アンライセンスド周波数帯が使用中でないと判断した場合にのみ、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯内で前記第2の信号を前記通信機器から送信することと、を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記アンライセンスド周波数帯が使用中でないと判断した場合にのみ、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯内で予備信号を前記通信機器から送信することを更に含み、前記予備信号は、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯を監視している監視装置に、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯が使用中であると判断させる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記監視することは、前記タイミング構造の第1のサブフレーム内で実施され、前記第1のサブフレームは、前記タイミング構造の第2のサブフレームより前にあり、前記第2の信号は、前記第2のサブフレーム内で送信される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 送信装置は、前記第2の信号を送信し、前記監視することは、前記送信装置によって実施される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記送信装置は、サービスエリア内で無線サービスを提供する拡張型ノードB(eNB)である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 制御情報を前記eNBからユーザ機器(UE)装置に送信することを更に含み、前記制御情報は、前記第2の信号を前記eNBから前記UE装置に送信するために使用される前記アンライセンスド周波数帯内の通信リソースを識別する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記制御情報を前記eNBから送信することは、前記タイミング構造のサブフレーム内で前記制御情報を送信することを含み、前記第2の信号を送信することは、前記サブフレーム内で前記第2の信号を送信することを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記制御情報を前記eNBから送信することは、前記タイミング構造の第1のサブフレーム内で前記制御情報を送信することを含み、前記第2の信号を送信することは、前記第1のサブフレーム後の第2のサブフレーム内で前記第2の信号を送信することを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記送信装置は、サービスエリア内で無線サービスを提供する拡張型ノードB(eNB)の前記サービスエリア内のユーザ機器(UE)装置である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 制御情報を前記eNBから前記UE装置に送信することを更に含み、前記制御情報は、前記第2の信号を前記UE装置から前記eNBに送信するために使用される前記アンライセンスド周波数帯内の通信リソースを識別する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記制御情報を前記eNBから送信することは、前記タイミング構造の第1のサブフレーム内で前記制御情報を送信することを含み、前記第2の信号を送信することは、前記第1のサブフレーム後の第2のサブフレーム内で前記第2の信号を送信することを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 送信装置は、前記第2の信号を送信し、前記監視することは、前記送信装置とは異なる別の装置によって実施される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記送信装置は、サービスエリア内で無線サービスを提供する拡張型ノードB(eNB)であり、前記別の装置は、前記サービスエリア内のユーザ機器(UE)装置である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 制御情報を前記eNBから前記UE装置に送信することを更に含み、前記制御情報は、前記第2の信号を前記eNBから前記UE装置に送信するために使用される前記アンライセンスド周波数帯内の通信リソースを識別する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記制御情報を前記eNBから送信することは、前記タイミング構造のサブフレーム内で前記制御情報を送信することを含み、前記第2の信号を送信することは、前記サブフレーム内で前記第2の信号を送信することを含み、
前記UE装置において、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯内のデータのバッファ処理を行うことを更に含む、請求項16に記載の方法。 - 前記制御情報を前記eNBから送信することは、前記タイミング構造の第1のサブフレーム内で前記制御情報を送信することを含み、前記第2の信号を送信することは、前記第1のサブフレーム後の第2のサブフレーム内で前記第2の信号を送信することを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記送信装置は、サービスエリア内で無線サービスを提供する拡張型ノードB(eNB)の前記サービスエリア内のユーザ機器(UE)装置である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 制御情報を前記eNBから前記UE装置に送信することを更に含み、前記制御情報は、前記第2の信号を前記UE装置から前記eNBに送信するために使用される前記アンライセンスド周波数帯内の通信リソースを識別する、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記制御情報を前記eNBから送信することは、前記タイミング構造の第1のサブフレーム内で前記制御情報を送信することを含み、前記第2の信号を送信することは、前記第1のサブフレーム後の第2のサブフレーム内で前記第2の信号を送信することを含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
