Description
Claims (21)
- 装置間(D2D)通信のための方法であって、
前記D2D通信において、送信側ユーザ機器(UE)装置から受信側UE装置へ、スケジューリング割り当て情報を送信することであって、前記スケジューリング割り当て情報は、前記送信側UE装置の物理チャネル構造のスケジューリング割り当て領域内で送信され、前記物理チャネル構造は、ライセンスド周波数帯の通信を統制する通信仕様の少なくとも1つの改訂により規定されるタイミング構造を有し、前記スケジューリング割り当て情報は、アンライセンスド周波数帯の時間−周波数通信リソースを特定する、ことと、
前記タイミング構造を有する前記物理チャネル構造を前記アンライセンスド周波数帯に適用し、かつ、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯の前記時間−周波数通信リソースを使用して、前記送信側UE装置から受信側UE装置へ、データを送信することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記タイミング構造は、時間を、少なくともフレーム、サブフレーム及びタイムスロット、並びにシンボルタイムに分割することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スケジューリング割り当て情報を送信することは、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯内で前記D2D通信を使用して前記スケジューリング割り当て情報を送信することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アンライセンスド周波数帯を監視することと、
前記監視することに少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯が使用中か否かを判定することと、
前記アンライセンスド周波数帯が使用中ではないと判定された場合のみ、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯内で前記スケジューリング割り当てを送信することと、を更に含む、請求項3に記載の方法。 - 拡張型ノードB(eNB)から、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯の前記時間−周波数通信リソースを特定する通信リソース情報を受信することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記通信リソース情報は、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯の前記時間−周波数通信リソースを含むリソースのセットを特定し、
前記時間−周波数通信リソースを選択して、前記スケジューリング割り当て情報を生成することを更に含む、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記通信リソース情報は、前記ライセンスド周波数帯内の専用の制御チャネルによって受信される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記通信リソース情報は、前記ライセンスド周波数帯内のブロードキャス制御チャネルによって受信される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記通信リソース情報は、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯内のブロードキャス制御チャネルによって受信される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記スケジューリング割り当て情報を送信することは、前記送信側UE装置及び前記受信側UE装置が全てのeNBサービスエリア外である間に、前記スケジューリング割り当て情報を送信することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スケジューリング割り当て情報を送信することは、前記ライセンスド周波数帯の上りリンクチャネルにおいて前記スケジューリング割り当て情報を送信することを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記スケジューリング割り当て領域は、eNBスケジューリング割り当てを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記物理チャネル構造は、第3世代パートナシッププロジェクト・ロング・ターム・エボリューション(3GPP LTE)の通信仕様の改訂に準拠する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 装置間(D2D)通信のための送信側ユーザ機器(UE)装置であって、
前記D2D通信において、スケジューリング割り当て情報を受信側UE装置へ送信するように構成された送信部であって、前記スケジューリング割り当て情報は、前記送信側UE装置の物理チャネル構造のスケジューリング割り当て領域内で送信され、前記物理チャネル構造は、ライセンスド周波数帯の通信を統制する通信仕様の少なくとも1つの改訂により規定されるタイミング構造を有し、前記スケジューリング割り当て情報は、アンライセンスド周波数帯の時間−周波数通信リソースを特定する、送信部を備え、
前記送信部は、前記タイミング構造を有する前記物理チャネル構造を前記アンライセンスド周波数帯に適用し、かつ、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯の前記時間−周波数通信リソースを使用して、データを受信側UE装置に送信するように構成されている、ユーザ機器(UE)装置。 - 前記送信部は、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯内で前記D2D通信を使用して前記スケジューリング割り当て情報を送信する、請求項14に記載の送信側UE装置。
- 前記アンライセンスド周波数帯を監視するように構成されたアンライセンスド帯受信部と、
前記アンライセンスド周波数帯が使用中か否かを、前記受信部による前記監視に少なくとも部分的に基づいて判定するように構成された制御部と、を更に備え、
前記送信部は、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯が使用されていないと判定された場合のみ、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯内で前記スケジューリング割り当てを送信する、請求項15に記載の送信側UE装置。 - eNodeB(eNB)から前記アンライセンスド周波数帯の前記時間−周波数通信リソースを特定する通信リソース情報を受信するように構成されたライセンスド帯受信部を更に備える、請求項14に記載の送信側UE装置。
- 前記通信リソース情報は、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯の前記時間−周波数通信リソースを含むリソースのセットを特定し、前記制御部は、前記時間−周波数通信リソースを選択して、前記スケジューリング割り当て情報を生成するように更に構成されている、請求項17に記載の送信側UE装置。
- 前記通信リソース情報は、前記ライセンスド周波数帯内の専用の制御チャネルによって受信される、請求項17に記載の送信側UE装置。
- 前記通信リソース情報は、前記ライセンスド周波数帯内のブロードキャスト制御チャネルによって受信される、請求項17に記載の送信側UE装置。
- 前記通信リソース情報は、前記アンライセンスド周波数帯内のブロードキャスト制御チャネルによって受信される、請求項17に記載の送信側UE装置。
