Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- 乳房手術の方法であって、
乳房組織のある面積を除去し、空洞、開口部、または空間を生成するステップと、
オンコプラスティック術用デバイスを前記空洞、前記開口部、または前記空間の中に留置するステップであって、前記オンコプラスティック術用デバイスは、開放骨組みを有し、生体吸収性材料から形成される、本体を備え、前記開放骨組みは、前方、後方、および側方領域、ならびに楕円体外形を前記開放骨組みに付与する、交差部材要素のアレイを備える、ステップと、
前記空洞、前記開口部、または前記空間を囲繞する組織を操作するステップと、
前記開放骨組みを前記操作された組織に取り付けるステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記空洞を囲繞する組織を操作するステップは、1つまたはそれを上回る組織皮弁を動員させるステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記空洞を囲繞する組織を操作するステップは、前記開放骨組み内の組織の接近を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記空洞を囲繞する組織を操作するステップは、前記オンコプラスティック術用デバイスの前方領域を覆って組織を被せるステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記開放骨組みを前記空洞を囲繞する組織に取り付けるステップは、前記開放骨組みを前記操作された組織に縫合するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記操作された組織は、前記オンコプラスティック術用デバイスの前方領域に縫合される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記操作された組織は、前記オンコプラスティック術用デバイスの後方領域に縫合される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記開放骨組みを前記空洞を囲繞する組織に取り付けるステップは、前記操作された組織にかかる緊張を減少させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記空洞を生成するために除去される乳房組織面積は、癌性乳房組織を備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 生体吸収性材料から形成され、開放骨組みを有する本体を備える、埋込型オンコプラスティック術用デバイスであって、前記本体は、長さ、幅、および高さを有し、前記開放骨組みは、周縁および楕円体外形を前記開放骨組みに付与する交差部材要素のアレイを備える、埋込型オンコプラスティック術用デバイス。
- 前記生体吸収性材料は、生体吸収性ポリマーを含む、請求項10に記載の埋込型オンコプラスティック術用デバイス。
- 前記生体吸収性ポリマーは、コラーゲン、ポリグラクチン、ポリグレカプロン、ポリ乳酸、ポリグリコール酸、カプロラクトン、ラクチド、グリコライド、ならびにそのコポリマーおよび混成物から成る群から選択される、請求項11に記載の埋込型オンコプラスティック術用デバイス。
- 前記本体の高さは、実質的に、前記本体の幅および長さ未満である、請求項10に記載の埋込型オンコプラスティック術用デバイス。
- 前記本体の高さは、約1.0cmである、請求項10に記載の埋込型オンコプラスティック術用デバイス。
- 前記本体は、前記開放骨組みの周縁に離間されたX線写真上可視である複数の離散要素を備える、請求項10に記載の埋込型オンコプラスティック術用デバイス。
