Claims (10)
- 電気エネルギー貯蔵器のための冷却板であって、
前記冷却板は、分離不能に互いに接合された少なくとも2つの金属薄板と、少なくとも1つのプラスチックカバーと、を有し、前記接合された金属薄板は、離型剤を用いて膨らまされた少なくとも1つの冷却チャネルを含む、冷却板。 - 前記金属薄板の材料として、アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金、銅、及び/又は、金が利用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵器のための冷却板。
- 前記プラスチックカバーは、電気的絶縁体であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵器のための冷却板。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の冷却板を製造する方法であって、
前記方法は、以下の工程、即ち、
‐第1の金属薄板の少なくとも1つの第1の領域に離型剤を塗布する工程と、
‐前記第1の金属薄板の第2の領域と、少なくとも1つの第2の金属薄板と、の間に機械的に分離不能な接合を形成する工程と、
‐前記第1の領域を膨らますことにより少なくとも1つの冷却チャネルを形成する工程と、
‐前記接合された金属薄板の、前記機械的に分離不能な接合とは反対を向いた少なくとも1つの面で、プラスチックカバーを固定する工程と、
を含む、冷却板を製造する方法。 - 前記機械的に分離不能な接合は、圧延接合によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の、冷却板を製造する方法。
- 前記離型剤は、前記金属薄板に印刷されることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の、冷却板を製造する方法。
- 前記第1の領域を膨らませるために、圧縮空気が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載の、冷却板を製造する方法。
- 前記プラスチックカバーは、クリップ、超音波溶接、接着、及び/又は、ねじによって、前記接合された金属薄板の、前記機械的に分離不能な接合とは反対を向いた前記少なくとも1つの面で固定されることを特徴とする、請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載の、冷却板を製造する方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの冷却板を備える電気エネルギー貯蔵器であって、前記冷却板は、前記電気エネルギー貯蔵器と機械的に接続され、冷却回路の冷却媒体が、前記冷却板の少なくとも1つの冷却チャネルを貫流することを特徴とする、電気エネルギー貯蔵器。
- 少なくとも1つのエネルギー貯蔵器を備えた車両のための、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の冷却板の利用。
