Claims (7)
- 固形有機物と廃水が含まれている生ゴミまたは畜産糞尿を含む廃棄物が投入される投入ホッパー(110);
前記投入ホッパー(110)の下端に備えられ、前記投入ホッパーを介して投入された廃棄物から不燃性物質と非有機性物質を選別と除去する選別機(120);
不燃性物質と非有機性物質が除去された廃棄物を所定大きさの以下に粉砕する粉砕機(130);
粉砕された廃棄物を回転速度及び粉砕された廃棄物中の固形有機物のサイズをそれぞれ異ならせて段階的に廃水と分離して除去する多段遠心分離機(140);
廃棄物のうち、前記多段遠心分離機を介して分離された固形有機物が移送されて集荷される有機物貯蔵所(150);
前記有機物貯蔵所に貯蔵される固形有機物とおがくず供給機(160)から供給されるおがくずを均一に混合して所定温度に加熱し、有機混合物を製造する混合加熱器(170);
前記混合加熱器を介して製造された有機混合物を成形し、固形燃料として製造する成形機(180);
前記多段遠心分離機を介して分離された廃水から固形有機物及び不純物を1次除去する第1フィルタ(210);
前記第1フィルタを通過した廃水を電気分解してガス及び気泡を生成する気泡発生器(220);
前記気泡発生器の残りの廃水から固形有機物及び不純物を2次除去する第2フィルタ(230);及び
前記気泡発生器から生成されたガス及び気泡と、前記第2フィルタから不純物が2次除去された水を供給された状態で、前記ガス及び気泡を燃焼させるとともに、不純物が除去された水を加熱して蒸気を発生する燃焼炉(300);
を含むことを特徴とする、生ゴミまたは畜産糞尿を含む廃棄物の処理及びエネルギー生産システム。 - 前記燃焼炉(300)は、
前記成形機(180)を介して製造された固形燃料を、前記気泡発生器から生成されたガス及び気泡とともに燃焼して蒸気を発生し、
前記燃焼炉で生成された熱は、前記混合加熱器に移送され、有機混合物の製造に利用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生ゴミまたは畜産糞尿を含む廃棄物の処理及びエネルギー生産システム。 - 固形有機物と廃水が含まれている生ゴミまたは畜産糞尿を含む廃棄物を投入ホッパーに投入する工程(S10);
前記投入ホッパーの下端に備えられる選別機を介して、投入された廃棄物から不燃性物質と非有機性物質を選別除去する工程(S20);
不燃性物質と非有機性物質が除去された廃棄物を粉砕機を用いて所定大きさの以下に粉砕する工程(S30);
回転速度を異ならせるとともに、粉砕された廃棄物のサイズを各々異ならせて濾す多段遠心分離機を介して、粉砕された廃棄物を廃水から分離する工程(S40);
廃棄物のうち廃水から分離された固形有機物を有機物貯蔵所に集荷する工程(S61);
集荷された固形有機物とおがくずを混合加熱器を用いて均一に混合して所定温度に加熱し、有機混合物を製造する工程(S62);及び
製造された有機混合物を成形機により成形して固形燃料として製造する工程(S63);で構成されることを特徴とする、生ゴミまたは畜産糞尿を含む廃棄物の処理及びエネルギー生産方法。 - 固形有機物と廃水が含まれている生ゴミまたは畜産糞尿を含む廃棄物を投入ホッパーに投入する工程(S10);
前記投入ホッパーの下端に備えられる選別機を介して、投入された廃棄物から不燃性物質と非有機性物質を選別と除去する工程(S20);
不燃性物質と非有機性物質が除去された廃棄物を粉砕機を用いて所定大きさの以下に粉砕する工程(S30);
回転速度を異ならせるとともに、粉砕された廃棄物のサイズを各々異ならせて濾す多段遠心分離機を介して、粉砕された廃棄物を廃水から分離する工程(S40);
分離された廃水から第1フィルタを用いて残りの固形有機物及び不純物を1次除去する工程(S51);
分離された廃水から第1フィルタを用いて固形有機物及び不純物を1次除去する工程(S51);
固形有機物及び不純物が1次除去された廃水を気泡発生器を利用して電気分解し、ガス及び気泡を生成する工程(S52);
ガス及び気泡が生成されて残った廃水から第2フィルタを用いて固形有機物及び不純物を2次除去する工程(S53);及び
前記S52工程を経て生成されたガス及び気泡と、前記S53工程を経て固形有機物及び不純物が2次除去された水を供給された状態で、燃焼炉でガス及び気泡を燃焼するとともに、固形有機物及び不純物が除去された水を加熱して蒸気を発生する工程(S70);
で構成されることを特徴とする、生ゴミまたは畜産糞尿を含む廃棄物の処理及びエネルギー生産方法。 - 前記S63工程を経て成形機で製造された固形燃料が燃焼炉に供給できることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の生ゴミまたは畜産糞尿を含む廃棄物の処理及びエネルギー生産方法。
- 前記S70工程を経て燃焼炉で発生した熱が、有機混合物の製造のため混合加熱器に供給できることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の生ゴミまたは畜産糞尿を含む廃棄物の処理及びエネルギー生産方法。
- 前記S62の工程による有機混合物の製造は、
有機混合物の水分調節と成形が容易に行わるために、80〜90℃の温度で行われることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の生ゴミまたは畜産糞尿を含む廃棄物の処理及びエネルギー生産方法。
