- 삭제
- 매립지 내 악취 및 매립 가스를 제거하고, 매립 폐기물의 수분을 저감할 수 있도록 하는 매립 폐기물 악취 및 사전안정화 공정(S1); 상기 악취 및 사전 안정화 공정이 완료된 매립 폐기물을 굴착ㆍ선별하여 선별결과물을 재활용 및 에너지화할 수 있도록 순도를 높이는 매립 폐기물 굴착ㆍ선별ㆍ가연물 순도향상 공정(S2); 및 회수된 매립 가연물을 고형연료(Fluff RDF)로 생산하기 위한 매립 가연물 고형연료화 공정(S3)으로 구성된 순환형 매립지 정비 및 매립 가연물 연료화 공정시스템에 있어서,
상기 매립 폐기물 굴착ㆍ선별ㆍ가연물 순도향상 공정(S1)은
매립 폐기물을 굴착한 다음, 매립 폐기물을 투입호퍼(10)를 통해 투입하여 매립 폐기물에 포함된 금속류를 1차로 선별하기 위한 자력선별장치(20)와;
상기 1차로 금속류가 선별된 매립 폐기물이 공급되어 매립 폐기물에 포함된 35mm 이하의 토사를 하부로 배출하기 위한 타공이 형성된 원통형 스크린드럼(32)으로 이루어진 트롬멜 스크린장치(30)와;
상기 트롬멜 스크린장치(30)를 통과한 35mm 이하의 토사를 공급받아 15~20mm 이하의 토사를 외부로 배출하기 위한 기계식 토사 정밀선별장치(40)와;
상기 트롬멜 스크린장치(30)에서 35mm 이하의 토사가 분리 배출된 매립 폐기물 중 가연물류를 고형연료대상으로 정밀 선별하기 위한 기계식 가연물 정밀선별장치(50)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 순환형 매립지 정비 및 매립 가연물 연료화 공정시스템. - 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기계식 토사 정밀선별장치(40)는
15~20mm 타공이 형성된 회전 가능한 원통형 스크린드럼(41)으로 이루어지고,
일측에 갈퀴 타입 선별장치(42)가 구비되어 15~20mm 타공을 통과하지 못한 토사를 외부로 분리 배출하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환형 매립지 정비 및 매립 가연물 연료화 공정시스템. - 제2항에 있어서, 상기 매립 가연물 연료화공정(S3)은
상기 고형연료 대상으로 분리된 가연물류를 공급받아 이에 열풍을 가하여 가연물류에 포함된 토사를 건조시켜 토사에 묻어 있는 토사를 분리 배출하기 위한 가연물 순도향상장치(60)와;
건조되어 토사가 분리된 가연물류에 2차로 금속류를 선별하기 위한 자력선별장치(70)와;
2차로 금속류가 선별된 가연물류를 100~150mm로 파쇄하기 위한 파쇄장치(80)와;
상기 파쇄장치(80)에서 파쇄된 가연물류를 30~50mm로 분쇄하기 위한 분쇄장치(90)와;
상기 분쇄장치(90)에서 30~50mm로 분쇄된 가연물류를 공급받아 내부에서 고형연료로 압착한 다음, 이를 포장하기 위한 고형연료포장장치(100)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 순환형 매립지 정비 및 매립 가연물 연료화 공정시스템. - 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가연물 순도향상장치(60)는
다수의 타공이 형성된 회전 가능한 원통형 스크린드럼(61)으로 이루어지고, 내부에 열풍장치(62)가 장착되어 가연물류에 묻어 있는 토사를 건조하여 분리 배출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환형 매립지 정비 및 매립 가연물 연료화 공정시스템.
