Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- コンピュータ装置で実行されるコンピュータプログラムによって行われる、内視鏡検査における病変が表われているイメージを画面に表示するステップと、
前記画面に表示されたイメージの病変部位と、スケール(実際の単位長さに対応する前記イメージ上の単位長さ)を確定するステップと、
前記スケールを用いて、前記確定された病変部位のサイズを計算するステップと、
を含む、内視鏡検査における病変のサイズ測定方法。 - 前記計算された病変部位のサイズを前記画面に表示するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の内視鏡検査における病変のサイズ測定方法。
- 前記病変部位の確定は、色相の比較を通じてなされる、請求項1に記載の内視鏡検査における病変のサイズ測定方法。
- ユーザから入力された分析対象領域内のみで色相比較を行う、請求項3に記載の内視鏡検査における病変のサイズ測定方法。
- 前記病変部位の確定は、ユーザから入力された領域に基づいてなされる、請求項1に記載の内視鏡検査における病変のサイズ測定方法。
- 前記イメージ上の単位長さの算出のための情報がユーザから入力されるステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の内視鏡検査における病変のサイズ測定方法。
- 前記画面に表示されるイメージは、生検ツールと連結されているワイヤが共に撮影されたイメージであり、
前記コンピュータプログラムは、ユーザに、前記ワイヤの長手方向に沿って病変部位まで外郭線を描く機能、及び前記外郭線が病変部位に触れる2つの地点を指定する機能を提供し、
前記コンピュータプログラムは、前記指定された2つの地点の間の長さを前記イメージ上の単位長さとして認識する、請求項6に記載の内視鏡検査における病変のサイズ測定方法。 - 前記病変部位のサイズは、各辺の長さが、前記イメージ上の単位長さである正方形格子が前記病変部位に入る個数を用いて計算される、請求項1に記載の内視鏡検査における病変のサイズ測定方法。
- 前記スケールに基づいて、前記確定された病変部位の長軸の長さと短軸の長さとのうち1つ以上を計算するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の内視鏡検査における病変のサイズ測定方法。
- 前記長軸と短軸は、当該軸を指定する情報が入力されることによって認識される、請求項9に記載の内視鏡検査における病変のサイズ測定方法。
- 請求項1ないし請求項10のうち何れか一項に記載の内視鏡検査における病変のサイズ測定方法をコンピュータで実行するためのプログラムが記録されたコンピュータで読み取り可能な記録媒体。
