Abstract
Description
1. 炭素レンガ/本発明の補修材材料を230°F(110°C)で24時間乾燥する。
2. 炭素レンガ、本発明の補修材、及び吹きつけられた本発明の補修材を有する炭素レンガを、図9の試料のように切断する。
3. 炭素製箱に入った試料を2000°F(1093°C)で毎時300°F(149°C)の昇温速度で5時間コークスにする。
4. 各試料について低温破砕強度試験を行い、各試料の写真を撮影し、破砕圧力を記録する。
5. 7000ポンド(3200キロ)/分の一定速度で試料を破砕する。
Claims (19)
- 骨材、
ポリマー、
樹脂、及び
セメントを含む耐火物。 - 前記骨材が、焼成フリント粘土、焼成カオリン、焼成ボーキサイトカオリン、アンダルサイト、板状アルミナ、炭化ケイ素、窒化ケイ素、焼成アルミナ、反応性アルミナ、水和アルミナ、シリカヒューム、白色溶融アルミナ、褐色溶融アルミナ、焼成ボーキサイト、ケイ砂、シリカ、粘土、藍晶石、スピネル、溶融シリカ、ジルコン、ジルコニア、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される材料を含む、請求項1に記載の耐火物。
- 前記ポリマーが、セルロース、デキストラン、ポリ(N−ビニルピリジン)、ポリ(アクリルアミド/アクリル酸)、ポリ(アクリル酸)、ポリ(エチレングリコール)、ポリ(エチレンオキサイド)、ポリ(N−ビニルピロリドン)、ポリ(ビニルアルコール)、ポリアクリルアミド、ポリエチレンイミン、及びこれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択される、請求項1に記載の耐火物。
- 前記樹脂が、フェノールノボラック樹脂、フェノールレゾール樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、エポキシポリエステル樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、ポリエステル、アクリル、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の耐火物。
- 前記セメントが、二酸化ケイ素、酸化アルミニウム、酸化鉄(III)、酸化カルシウム、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される材料を含む、請求項1に記載の耐火物。
- 前記セメントが、ポルトランドセメント、高炉セメント、煙灰ポルトランドセメント、シメントコンポゼ(Ciment Compose)、ポゾランセメント、高アルミナセメント、ブルナウアーセメント、グルノーブルセメント、ローマンセメント、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される材料を含む、請求項1に記載の耐火物。
- 前記ポリマーが水溶性である、請求項1に記載の耐火物。
- 金属含有成分をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の耐火物。
- 前記金属含有成分が、アルミニウム、ケイ素、フェロシリコン、窒化フェロシリコン、二酸化チタン、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項8に記載の耐火物。

- 前記乾燥粉末促進剤が、消石灰、水酸化マグネシウム、リチウム含有化合物からなる群から選択される材料である、請求項12に記載の耐火物。
- ポリマー繊維をさらに含む、請求項1記載の耐火物。
- 前記ポリマー繊維が、ポリオレフィン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンとポリプロピレンとの組み合わせ、及びこれらの材料の組み合わせからなる群から選択される材料から構成されている、請求項14に記載の耐火物。
- 7.25%の水を加え、還元雰囲気中で1370°Cで焼成した後、1.95グラム/立方センチメートルより大きい密度を有する、請求項1に記載の耐火物。
- 前記補修材が、7.25%を加え、還元雰囲気中で1370°Cで焼成した後、25体積%未満の気孔率を有する、請求項1に記載の耐火物。
- 前記骨材が、乾燥成分として40重量%以上90重量%である、請求項1に記載の耐火物。
- 前記セメントが、乾燥成分として0.01重量%以上15重量%以下である、請求項1に記載の耐火物。
