Abstract
Description
前記床の流動化を許容しないが、濾過が生じたなら、前記材料が前記床を含む反応槽の下部分に向かって移動することを可能にする速度で、前記水を上向流で前記反応槽を通して移動させるステップと、
ガスが吹き込まれる配管によって、前記反応槽の底部において汚染した粒状材料を連続的に取り出すステップであって、前記汚染した粒状材料は、粒状材料、この粒状材料に吸着した汚染物質、および前記粒状材料によって保持された粒子から構成されている、ステップと、
このように取り出された前記汚染した粒状材料の物理的な浄化を連続的または間欠的に行い、前記汚染物質および前記粒子が本質的に除去されて浄化された粒状化材料を得るステップと、
このように浄化された粒状材料を前記床内に再注入するステップと、
を含む方法によって、達成されることになる。
濾過中に、反応槽の底部において取り出された前記汚染した粒状材料を排出するための連続的または間欠的ステップと、
濾過中に、前記排出された粒状材料の一部を補充するのに十分な量の新鮮な粒状材料を前記反応槽内に導くための連続的または間欠的ステップと、
を含んでいる、ことを特徴としている。
該手段は、用いられる粒状材料の一部を反応槽から引き出すことができ、これによって、排出されたある量の汚染した粒状材料を補充する新鮮な粒状材料の一部を反応槽内に追加することによって、反応槽内において粒状材料を徐々に再生し、その結果、本方法の処理性能を経時的に維持することが可能になる。
Claims (10)
- 水の汚染物質含量を低減させるために、該水を粒状材料床における濾過によって処理するための方法であって、
−前記床の流動化を許容しないが、濾過が生じたなら、前記材料が前記床を含む反応槽の下部分に向かって移動することを可能にする速度で、前記水を上向流で前記反応槽を通して移動させるステップと、
−ガスが吹き込まれる配管によって、前記反応槽の底部において汚染した粒状材料を連続的に取り出すステップであって、前記汚染した粒状材料は、粒状材料、前記粒状材料に吸着した汚染物質、および前記粒状材料によって保持された粒子から構成されている、ステップと、
−このように取り出された前記汚染した粒状材料の物理的な浄化を連続的または間欠的に行い、前記汚染物質が本質的に除去されて浄化された粒状化材料を得るステップと、
−このように浄化された前記粒状材料を前記床内に再注入するステップと、
を含み、
前記粒状材料は、吸着性粒状材料であること、および前記方法は、
前記濾過中に、前記反応槽の前記底部において取り出された前記汚染した粒状材料の一部を排出するための連続的または間欠的ステップと、
前記濾過中に、前記排出された粒状材料の一部を補充するのに十分な量の新鮮な粒状材料を前記反応槽内に導くための連続的または間欠的ステップと、
を含んでいることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記濾過中に、前記反応槽の前記底部において取り出された前記汚染された粒状材料の一部を排出するための前記連続的または間欠的ステップは、前記一部を前記配管から引き出すことによって行なわれるようになっており、前記配管は、前記反応槽の本体の外側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粒状材料は、活性炭粒子の凝集体によって構成されており、前記凝集体は、200μmから1000μmの平均サイズ、および1000mg/gを越えるヨウ素価を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記排出された汚染した粒状材料を放出するための付加的ステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記放出された汚染した粒状材料をバレル内に貯蔵し、これによって、どのような他の処理を行なうことなく、前記排出された汚染した粒状材料を再生ユニットに向かって運ぶことができるステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記ガスは、オゾンを含んでいるか、またはオゾンによって構成されており、前記方法は、前記ガスによって、前記反応槽の前記底部において取り出された前記粒状材料に吸着された前記汚染物質を酸化するステップを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記被処理水を前記反応槽内を通して移動させる前記ステップは、前記粒状材料に対する前記水の接触の時間が5分から20分の間、好ましくは、8分から12分の間にあるように行われるようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記被処理水を前記反応槽内を通して移動させる前記ステップは、5m/hから50m/hの速度で行なわれるようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記処理された水の品質を測定するためのステップ、および前記測定値の結果に基づいて新鮮な粒状材料を前記反応槽内に自動的に投与するためのステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記濾過中に、前記反応槽の前記底部において取り出された前記汚染した粒状材料の一部を排出するための前記連続的または間欠的ステップ、および濾過中に、新鮮な粒状材料を前記反応槽内に導くための前記連続的または間欠的ステップは、2g/m3から50g/m3の範囲内にある前記粒状材料の再生率に応じるように、行なわれるようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
