Abstract
Description
こうした糸は、連続フィラメント糸よりも安価であるが、布地の強さを増加させる。
本発明の実施形態の主題は、法的な要求に合致させるために本明細書で限定的に説明されているが、この説明は必ずしも特許請求の範囲を限定する意図ではない。特許請求する主題は、他の方法で具現してもよく、異なる要素またはステップを含んでもよく、他の現存するまたは未来の技術と連動して使用してもよい。この説明は、個々のステップまたは要素の配列の順序が明示的に説明されている場合を除いて、様々なステップもしくは要素の中もしくは間の、いかなる特定の順序または配列も意味するものと解釈すべきではない。
・2本のスパン糸を撚ることにより各々形成された2本の糸、および
・HT長尺ステープル糸を1本のスパン糸と撚ることにより形成された1本の糸。
こうした布地に対するHT長尺ステープル糸とスパン糸との比は、各個別の糸を数える場合は1:5であり、各糸の末端を数える場合は1:2である。
・HT牽切糸およびスパン糸で経糸および緯糸の両方向に織られた、6.7osy綾織布地であり、
・100%パラ−アラミド長尺ステープル繊維で形成されたHT牽切糸であり、
・スパン糸は、パラ−アラミド(Kevlar(登録商標))およびメタ−アラミド(Nomex(登録商標))ステープル繊維の60/40ブレンドであり、
・2本の牽切糸を互いに撚って1つの末端を形成し、
・2本のスパン糸を互いに撚って1つの末端を形成し、
・経糸および緯糸方向のそれぞれが、スパン双糸の2つの末端、続いてHT牽切双糸の1つの末端を備えたパターンで、布地を織る。
・100%スパン糸(全て双糸)で形成された、7.5osy、3つの末端リップストップ布地であり、
・各スパン糸は、パラ−アラミド(Kevlar(登録商標))およびメタ−アラミド(Nomex(登録商標))ステープル繊維の60/40ブレンドである。
Claims (18)
- (a)複数の長尺ステープル糸と、
(b)複数のスパン糸
とを含む、難燃性布地。 - 布地が、経糸方向および緯糸方向を含み、複数の長尺ステープル糸が経糸方向または緯糸方向の一方だけに提供される、請求項1に記載の難燃性布地。
- 布地が、経糸方向および緯糸方向を含み、複数の長尺ステープル糸が経糸方向および緯糸方向の両方に提供される、請求項1に記載の難燃性布地。
- 平方ヤード当り3オンス以上〜8.5オンス以下の重量を有する、請求項1に記載の難燃性布地。
- 複数の長尺ステープル糸の少なくとも一部が、別の糸と撚られている、請求項1に記載の難燃性布地。
- 1本の個々の長尺ステープル糸ごとに1〜5本の個々のスパン糸を含む、請求項1に記載の難燃性布地。
- 複数の長尺ステープル糸の少なくとも一部が、難燃性長尺ステープル繊維を含む、請求項1に記載の難燃性布地。
- 複数の長尺ステープル糸の少なくとも一部が、アラミド長尺ステープル繊維を含む、請求項7に記載の難燃性布地。
- 複数の長尺ステープル糸の少なくとも一部が、100%パラ−アラミド長尺ステープル繊維を含む、請求項8に記載の難燃性布地。
- 複数の長尺ステープル糸の少なくとも一部が、非難燃性長尺ステープル繊維を含む、請求項1に記載の難燃性布地。
- 複数のスパン糸の少なくとも一部が難燃性繊維を含む、請求項1に記載の難燃性布地。
- 複数のスパン糸の少なくとも一部が非難燃性繊維を含む、請求項1に記載の難燃性布地。
- NFPA 1971(1991年)に示される1つまたは複数の性能基準を満たす、請求項1に記載の難燃性布地。
- 複数の長尺ステープル糸の少なくとも一部が、牽切糸を含む、請求項1に記載の難燃性布地。
- 織物布地または編物布地である、請求項1に記載の難燃性布地。
- 経糸方向および緯糸方向を有する難燃性織物布地であって、
(a)経糸方向および緯糸方向に提供される複数の長尺ステープル糸であって、その少なくとも一部が100%アラミド長尺ステープル繊維を含む、複数の長尺ステープル糸と
(b)経糸方向および緯糸方向に複数の長尺ステープル糸と織り合わされた、複数のスパン糸であって、少なくとも一部が100%アラミド繊維を含む、複数のスパン糸
とを含み、
複数の長尺ステープル糸の少なくとも1本が複数の長尺ステープル糸の別の1本と撚られており、複数のスパン糸の少なくとも1本が複数のスパン糸の別の1本と撚られている、難燃性織物布地。 - 布地中の1〜5本の個々のスパン糸ごとに、少なくとも1本の個々の長尺ステープル糸が布地に提供される、請求項16に記載の難燃性織物布地。
- 布地中の2本の個々のスパン糸ごとに、少なくとも1本の個々の長尺ステープル糸が布地に提供される、請求項16に記載の難燃性織物布地。
