- 可撓性の複数の繊維を含む繊維層;および
前記複数の繊維の表面に形成された表面プラズモン活性層;を含む分光センサ。 - 前記複数の繊維は、不織布構造、織布構造、束構造またはこれらの組み合わせを形成する、請求項1記載の分光センサ。
- 前記表面プラズモン活性層は、導電性ナノ粒子、および前記導電性ナノ粒子を前記複数の繊維の表面に固定する高分子バインダを含む、請求項1記載の分光センサ。
- 前記導電性ナノ粒子が凝集構造を形成する、請求項3記載の分光センサ。
- 前記導電性ナノ粒子は、球形、ナノチューブ、ナノカラム、ナノロッド、ナノ気孔およびナノワイヤのうちのいずれか1つまたはこれらが組み合わされた形状を有する、請求項3記載の分光センサ。
- 前記導電性ナノ粒子は、炭素、黒鉛、準金属、金属、前記準金属または金属の導電性酸化物、または前記準金属または金属の導電性窒化物の粒子を含むか、絶縁性ビードに前記粒子が被覆されたコアシェル構造の粒子またはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項3記載の分光センサ。
- 前記準金属は、アンチモン(Sb)、ゲルマニウム(Ge)およびヒ素(As)のうちのいずれか1つまたはこれらの合金を含み、
前記金属は、純金属、遷移金属または後周期遷移金属であって、チタン(Ti)、亜鉛(Zn)、アルミニウム(Al)、スカンジウム(Sc)、クロム(Cr)、マンガン(Mn)、鉄(Fe)、コバルト(Co)、ニッケル(Ni)、銅(Cu)、インジウム(In)、スズ(Sn)、イットリウム(Y)、ジルコニウム(Zr)、ニオブ(Nb)、モリブデン(Mo)、ルテニウム(Ru)、ロジウム(Rh)、パラジウム(Pd)、金(Au)、銀(Ag)、白金(Pt)、ストロンチウム(Sr)、タングステン(W)、カドミウム(Cd)、タンタル(Ta)、またはこれらの合金を含み、前記導電性酸化物は、インジウムスズオキシド(ITO)、インジウム亜鉛オキシド(IZO)、アルミニウムドープ亜鉛酸化物(AZO)、ガリウムインジウム亜鉛酸化物(GIZO)、亜鉛酸化物(ZnO)またはこれらの混合物を含む、請求項6記載の分光センサ。 - 前記表面プラズモン活性層の厚さは10nm〜500nmの範囲に含まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の分光センサ。
- 前記複数の繊維は、天然繊維および合成繊維のうち一方または両方を含む、請求項1記載の分光センサ。
- 前記繊維層の表面は、前記複数の繊維が突出して提供された無定形の表面プラズモン繊維突起を含む、請求項1記載の分光センサ。
- 前記繊維層は、前記複数の繊維間の気孔を含む、請求項1記載の分光センサ。
- 前記高分子バインダは、陽イオン性高分子または陰イオン性高分子を含む、請求項1記載の分光センサ。
- 前記表面プラズモン活性層上には、分析されるターゲット物質との特異的結合が可能な固定物質をさらに含む、請求項1記載の分光センサ。
- 前記固定物質は、低分子化合物、抗原、抗体、タンパク質、ペプチド、DNA(Deoxyribo Nucleic Acid)、RNA(Ribo Nucleic Acid)、PNA(Peptide Nucleic Acid)、酵素、酵素基質、ホルモン、ホルモン受容体、および官能基を含む合成試薬のうちのいずれか1つ、その模写物、またはこれらの組合せを含む、請求項13記載の分光センサ。
- 前記ターゲット物質は、アミノ酸、ペプチド、ポリペプチド、タンパク質、糖タンパク質、リポタンパク質、ヌクレオシド、ヌクレオチド、オリゴヌクレオチド、核酸、糖、炭水化物、オリゴ糖、多糖類、脂肪酸、脂質、ホルモン、代謝物質、サイトカイン、ケモカイン、受容体、神経伝達物質、抗原、アレルゲン、抗体、基質、代謝物、補助因子、阻害剤、薬物、薬剤、栄養素、プリオン、毒素、毒、爆薬、殺虫剤、化学的交戦剤、生物危険剤、バクテリア、ウイルス、放射性同位元素、ビタミン、複素環芳香族化合物、発癌性物質、突然変異原、麻薬、アンフェタミン、バルビツレート、幻覚剤、廃棄物および汚染物のうちのいずれか1つ以上である、請求項13記載の分光センサ。
- 前記分光センサは、表面増強ラマン分析(Surface―enhanced Raman Spectroscopy:SERS)、表面プラズモン共鳴(Surface Plasmon Resonance:SPR)、局所表面プラズモン共鳴(Local Plasmaon Resonance:LSPR)、吸収率および蛍光のうち少なくとも1つのモードで使用される、請求項1記載の分光センサ。
- イオン性高分子バインダおよび導電性ナノ粒子を含む混合溶液を提供する過程;
前記混合溶液内に複数の繊維を浸漬させる過程;および
前記導電性ナノ粒子が前記複数の繊維の表面に被覆されるように、前記複数の繊維が浸漬された前記混合溶液に電場を印加する過程;を含む、分光センサの製造方法。 - 前記複数の繊維は、前記導電性ナノ粒子が被覆される前にまたはその後に繊維層構造を有し、
前記複数の繊維は、不織布、織造またはこれらの組み合わされた構造を形成する、請求項17記載の分光センサの製造方法。 - 前記複数の繊維は、天然繊維および合成繊維のうち一方または両方を含む、請求項17記載の分光センサの製造方法。
- 前記導電性ナノ粒子は、球形、ナノチューブ、ナノカラム、ナノロッド、ナノ気孔、およびナノワイヤのうちのいずれか1つまたはこれらが組み合わされた形状を有する、請求項17記載の分光センサの製造方法。
- 前記導電性ナノ粒子は、炭素、黒鉛、準金属、金属、前記準金属または金属の導電性酸化物、または前記準金属または金属の導電性窒化物の粒子を含むか、絶縁性ビードに前記粒子が被覆されたコアシェル構造の粒子またはこれらの組合せを含む、請求項17記載の分光センサの製造方法。
- 前記イオン性高分子バインダは、ポリジアリルジメチルアンモニウムクロリド(poly diallyldimethylammonium chloride)、ポリアリルアミンヒドロクロリド(poly allylamine hydrochloride)、ポリビニルベンジルトリメチルアンモニウムクロリド(poly 4―vinylbenzyltrimethyl ammonium chloride)、およびポリエチレンイミン(polyethyleneimine)のうちのいずれか1つまたはこれらの混合物を含む陽イオン性高分子、または、ポリアクリル酸(poly acrylic acid)、ポリスチレンスルホン酸ナトリウム(poly sodium 4―styrene sulfonate)、ポリビニルスルホン酸(poly vinylsulfonic acid)、ポリナトリウム塩(poly sodium salt)、およびポリアミノ酸(poly amino acids)のうちのいずれか1つまたはこれらの混合物を含む陰イオン性高分子を含む、請求項17記載の分光センサの製造方法。
- 前記電場は静電場または交流電場である、請求項17記載の分光センサの製造方法。
- 前記電場はプラズマ放電によって生成される、請求項17記載の分光センサの製造方法。
- 前記プラズマ放電のための気体は、ヘリウム(He)、ネオン(Ne)、アルゴン(Ar)、窒素(N2)および空気のうちのいずれか1つまたはこれらの混合気体を含む、請求項24記載の分光センサの製造方法。
