Claims (4)
- 圃場内の排水路の末端にトップ排水路のトップより少し低く、プラスチック製コルゲート管が排水路の底部で95°に方向を変えて、あぜから出て外排水路に入り、生物填材球及び生物填材がいっぱいに充填されたスチールメッシュボックスと連通したプラスチック製網口のあるプラスチック製コルゲート管を垂直して設置し、スチールメッシュボックスの周りが砕石で囲まれて、水流の衝撃を防止し、水体をろ過し、垂直してプラスチック製網口のあるプラスチック製コルゲート管を設置した口に保守及び水管の順調な排水のための保守カバーが設置されたことを特徴とする畑初級減水強化浄水装置。
- 前記のプラスチック製網口のあるプラスチック製コルゲート管導水管として、管径が20cmまたは30cmまたは40cm、排水路の底部以下20cmで95°に方向を変えて、プラスチック管を5°に傾斜させてあぜから貫通して外排水路に入り、水体が堆積する代わりに自流するようにし、減水が垂直管で落ち、気爆に働くことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の畑初級減水強化浄水装置。
- 前記のプラスチック製網口は垂直プラスチック製コルゲート管の上部にあり、半円の曲面があり、プラスチック製網口が1cm×1cmの正方形であり、プラスチック製網口の底部が圃場内の排水路の底部より15cm高く、水位調節用であり、地下水位が高すぎた場合、圃場内の排水路の水面が上昇し、圃場の初級減水がプラスチック製網口を経て強化浄化装置に入ってから排出し、プラスチック製網が格子スラブとして働き、体積の大きな雑物を阻止する、プラスチック製網口の底部が圃場内の排水路の底部より15cm高く、プラスチック製コルゲート管径が30cm、のトップが排水路のトップより5cmに低く、排水路の底部以下20cmで95°に方向を変えてあぜから出て外排水路に入り、生物填材球及び生物填材がいっぱいに充填されたスチールメッシュボックスと連結し、スチールメッシュボックスは開くことができ、寸法が50cm×40cm×40cmまたは60cm×50cm×50cmであり、底部及びスチールメッシュボックスとプラスチック製コルゲート管との連通面が外排水路の溝壁としっかり隣り合っていて、プラスチック製コルゲート管の連通面外の側面の3か所が砕石で囲まれて、スチールメッシュボックスの安定性を保証する同時に、砕石によりスチールメッシュボックスの排水及び入水をろ過し、水流洗堀による移動を防止し、垂直コルゲート管の上口にある保守カバーが円錐形であり、プラスチック製コルゲート管の荷重を軽減し、底部直径がプラスチック製コルゲート管の径より大きく、高さが5cmであり、定期の詰り対応に用いられ、順調な排水を保証することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の畑初級減水強化浄水装置。
- 前記の生物填材球はポリオレフィン・プラスチック製の球形の骨組枠及びポリウレタンのような表面積より大きな生物填材からなり、圃場の初級減水の中の窒素、リン及び生物分解の容易な有機物の浄化に用いられ、生物填材球の直径が6cmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の畑初級減水強化浄水装置。
