Abstract
Description
一実施形態例では、本発明で使用する基体は、少なくとも1つの半透明または透明エリアを備える。
レーザプリンタの一例が、米国出願第2006/0093943 A1号に開示されている。
本発明によるトナーは、化粧用途に適している。したがってこのトナーは、それが施与される領域に対して無毒性である。
トナーは従来からバインダを含み、バインダは、トナーを支持体に定着させるために、溶融の間融解される。
本発明によるトナーは着色剤を含み、着色剤は、適用可能な場合、バインダに組み込むことができる。
トナーは、ドラムへのトナーの静電転写を促進するためのものである、電荷制御剤を含むことができる。
トナーは、特にトナーのわずかな溶融が行われるときに、またはケラチン物質上への固定を向上させるために、ワックスを含むことができる。
トナーは、好ましくは、その流動性、現像性、および静電荷に対する感度を向上させるために、微粒子添加剤を含む。
トナー粒子は、1〜16μm、さらに良好には3〜10μmの平均サイズD50を有し、印刷品質を向上させるように、平均値についてできるだけ分布の範囲が狭いことが望ましい。
本発明によるトナーは、米国出願第2006/0093943 A1号の段落[0082]および[0083]に開示されているように、フェライト粒子や鉄粒子などの磁性キャリアと組み合わせて使用することができる。
印刷支持体は、任意の適切なタイプのものとすることができ、特に、紙やプラスチックフィルムなどのシート材料から成ることができる。
印刷によって堆積された化粧用トナーは、メイクアップしようとするエリアと接触させて、そこを圧迫することによって、転写することができる。
支持体の表面上に形成されるパターンは、いかなるタイプのものでもよい。
熱ローラを取り外すように変更した、HP LaserJet Pro 400 M451 NWプリンタを使用する。
熱ローラを取り外すように変更した、OKI C711WTプリンタを使用する。

Claims (21)
- 電子写真法または磁気写真法による、少なくとも1種の化粧用のトナーから開始する支持体(2)上への画像の形成を可能にするように配置されること、および前記支持体(2)上に存在する前記トナーを、ヒトケラチン物質との接触によるその移動またはその転写を可能にするのに十分なほど自由な状態で供給するように構成されることを特徴とする、化粧用物品(1)を製作するためのレーザプリンタ。
- 前記トナーを溶融させるための定着器を有しておらず、または非活動化された、もしくは非活動化可能な定着器を有する、請求項1に記載のレーザプリンタ。
- ソフトウェア手段によって、前記トナーを溶融させるための定着器を非活動化することを可能にするように構成される、請求項1または2に記載のレーザプリンタ。
- 化粧用トナーカートリッジの存在を認識し、印刷が1つまたは複数の化粧用トナーカートリッジから行われるときに定着器を非活動化させるように、かつ/または前記定着器の温度を前記トナーの性質に適合させるように構成される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のレーザプリンタ。
- 化粧用トナーのいくつかのカートリッジ、特に、異なる色のいくつかのカートリッジを備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のレーザプリンタ。
- 前記化粧用のトナーが、着色剤、電荷制御化合物、および特定の添加充填剤を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のレーザプリンタ。
- 前記レーザプリンタのドラム上に堆積された前記トナーを、シート状またはローラ状の基体に転写するように配置される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のレーザプリンタ。
- 着色剤、電荷制御化合物、および特定の添加充填剤を含む、化粧用トナー。
- 化粧用トナーを収容するケースを備え、前記ケースが、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のプリンタ内部に受け入れられるように設計されることを特徴とする、化粧用トナーのカートリッジ。
- ヒトケラチン物質に施与される化粧用の組成物を支持する支持体(2)を準備するためのプロセスであって、前記組成物を前記支持体(2)に、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のレーザプリンタを用いて施与することにあるステップを含む、プロセス。
- 処理しようとする領域に応じて、印刷されるパターン(4)を選択することにあるステップを含む、請求項10に記載のプロセス。
- 印刷される前記パターン(4)が、色のグラデーションを備える、請求項10または11に記載のプロセス。
- 印刷される前記パターン(4)が、平板な色調の形態をとる、請求項10または11に記載のプロセス。
- 画面上に表示されたパレットから印刷色を選択することにあるステップを含む、請求項10から13のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 印刷される前記パターン(4)が、転写によって施与される皮膚のきめを再現する、請求項10から14のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- ヒトケラチン物質をメイクアップするためのプロセスであって、請求項10から15のいずれか一項に記載のプロセスを用いることによって支持体を準備し、次いで、前記支持体上に存在する前記組成物を前記ヒトケラチン物質に施与することにあるステップを含む、プロセス。
- 前記組成物の前記施与が、前記組成物で被覆した前記支持体を、前記ヒトケラチン物質に適用することによって転写することにより行われる、請求項16に記載のプロセス。
- 前記施与が、前記支持体上の前記組成物をアプリケータを用いて移動させることによって行われる、請求項16に記載のプロセス。
- 前記支持体の前記準備の前の、メイクアップしようとするエリアの画像の取得と、このように取得された前記画像に応じて前記パターンを印刷することにあるステップとを含む、請求項16から18のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 化粧用組成物をパッケージングおよび施与するためのデバイスであって、化粧用トナーで被覆した支持体を備える、デバイス。
- 予め定義されたパターンに従って電子写真または磁気写真プロセスによって堆積された化粧用トナーの層(4)を備える支持体(2)。
