Abstract
Description
<実施例1>
2‐EHA(エチルヘキシルアクリレート)95重量部および官能基含有架橋性モノマーとしてHEA(2‐ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート)5重量部を1リットルのガラス反応器に入れて熱重合させ、粘度350cPのアクリル系光硬化性樹脂シロップを得た。得られたアクリル系光硬化性樹脂シロップ100重量部に対して光開始剤としてa,a‐メトキシ‐a‐ヒドロキシアセトフェノン(Irgacure 651、BASF社製)0.5重量部、架橋剤として1,6‐ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート(HDDA)0.35重量部を混合した後、十分に攪拌した。これに、熱伝導性フィラーとして平均直径が70μmである水酸化アルミニウム粉末(H‐100、Showa Denko社製)100重量部をさらに添加し、ベンゾトリアゾール系化合物(Tinuvin 328)0.5重量部を添加し、十分に均一になるまで攪拌し、放熱粘着テープ用粘着剤組成物を製造した。次いで、前記放熱粘着テープ用粘着剤組成物を真空ポンプを用いて減圧脱泡した。次いで、マイクロバールを用いて前記放熱粘着テープ用粘着剤組成物を離型紙上にコーティング/硬化させて、200μm厚の粘着シートを製造した。また、これをUVランプを用いて5分間照射し、放熱粘着テープの試験片を製造した。
2‐EHA(エチルヘキシルアクリレート)80重量部および官能基含有架橋性モノマーとしてHEA(2‐ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート)20重量部を重合し、アクリル系光硬化性樹脂シロップを得て使用したこと以外は、実施例1と同一の方法でアクリルフォーム粘着テープを製造した。
ベンゾトリアゾール系化合物(Tinuvin 328)を使用しないこと以外は、実施例1と同一の方法でアクリルフォーム粘着テープを製造した。
熱伝導性フィラーとして水酸化アルミニウム粉末(H‐100、Showa Denko社製)を使用しないこと以外は、実施例1と同一の方法でアクリルフォーム粘着テープを製造した。
<実験例1>
実施例1〜2および比較例1〜2の放熱粘着テープ試験片20cm2を準備し、それぞれ、完全にシールされる30mlのガラスバイアルに入れ、これにLEDセルを入れた。120℃のオーブンで一週間放置した後、LED電極の変色を確認して腐食が発生したか否かを評価し、下記の表1に結果を記載した。
実施例1〜2および比較例1〜2の放熱粘着テープ試験片をそれぞれ60mm×120mmの大きさに切断した後、これを京都電子工業株式会社の迅速熱伝導率計QTM‐500を使用して熱伝導度を測定し、下記の表2に記載した
Claims (16)
- (メタ)アクリル酸エステル系光硬化性樹脂と、熱伝導性フィラーと、ベンゾトリアゾール系化合物と、を含む、放熱粘着テープ用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系光硬化性樹脂は、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系モノマーおよび官能基含有架橋性モノマーのコポリマーである、請求項1に記載の放熱粘着テープ用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記官能基含有架橋性モノマーが、ヒドロキシ基含有架橋性モノマーである、請求項2に記載の放熱粘着テープ用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記ヒドロキシ基含有架橋性モノマーが、2‐ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、2‐ヒドロキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、4‐ヒドロキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート、6‐ヒドロキシヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、8‐ヒドロキシオクチル(メタ)アクリレート、2‐ヒドロキシエチレングリコール(メタ)アクリレート、2‐ヒドロキシプロピレングリコール(メタ)アクリレートおよびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される一つを含む、請求項3に記載の放熱粘着テープ用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記ヒドロキシ基含有架橋性モノマーが、前記(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系光硬化性樹脂を構成するモノマー成分中に0.1〜50重量%の含有量比で重合されている、請求項3に記載の放熱粘着テープ用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系光硬化性樹脂は、カルボキシル基を含んでいない、請求項3に記載の放熱粘着テープ用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系モノマーは、メチル(メタ)アクリレート、エチル(メタ)アクリレート、n‐プロピル(メタ)アクリレート、イソプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、n‐ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、t‐ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、sec‐ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、ペンチル(メタ)アクリレート、2‐エチルヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、2‐エチルブチル(メタ)アクリレート、n‐オクチル(メタ)アクリレート、イソオクチル(メタ)アクリレート、イソボルニル(メタ)アクリレート、イソノニル(メタ)アクリレートおよびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される一つを含む、請求項1に記載の放熱粘着テープ用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記ベンゾトリアゾール系化合物は、オクチル3‐3(tert‐ブチル‐4‐ヒドロキシ‐5‐(5‐クロロ‐2H‐ベンゾトリアゾール‐2‐イル)フェニル)プロピオネート、2‐エチルヘキシル3‐[3‐(5‐クロロベンゾトリアゾール‐2‐イル)‐4‐ヒドロキシ‐5‐tert‐ブチル‐フェニル]プロパノエート、2‐(2H‐ベンゾトリアゾール‐2‐イル)‐6‐(ドデシル)‐4‐メチルフェノール、2‐(2H‐ベンゾトリアゾール‐2‐イル)‐p‐クレゾール、2‐(2H‐ベンゾトリアゾール‐2‐イル)‐4,6‐ジ‐tert‐ペンチルフェノール、2‐(2‐ヒドロキシフェニル)‐ベンゾトリアゾール、2‐(2H‐ベンゾトリアゾール‐2‐イル)‐4,6‐ビス(1‐メチル‐1‐フェニルエチル)フェノール、2‐(2H‐ベンゾトリアゾール‐2‐イル)‐6‐(1‐メチル‐1‐フェニルエチル)‐4‐(1,1,3,3‐テトラメチルブチル)‐フェノールおよびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載の放熱粘着テープ用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記ベンゾトリアゾール系化合物は、前記(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系光硬化性樹脂100重量部に対して0.1〜5.0重量部含まれる、請求項1に記載の放熱粘着テープ用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記熱伝導性フィラーは、酸化金属、水酸化金属、窒化金属、炭化金属、ホウ化金属およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される少なくとも一つを含む無機フィラーである、請求項1に記載の放熱粘着テープ用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記熱伝導性フィラーは、前記(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系光硬化性樹脂100重量部に対して50〜300重量部含まれている、請求項1に記載の放熱粘着テープ用粘着剤組成物。
- 放熱粘着テープ用粘着剤組成物から製造される粘着テープの熱伝導度が0.5〜1.0W/mKである、請求項1に記載の放熱粘着テープ用粘着剤組成物。
- 光開始剤と、硬化剤と、をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の放熱粘着テープ用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記光開始剤は、ベンゾイン系開始剤、ヒドロキシケトン系開始剤、アミノケトン系開始剤、カプロラクタム系開始剤およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される一つを含む、請求項13に記載の放熱粘着テープ用粘着剤組成物。
- フィラー、界面活性剤、粘着付与剤、カップリング剤、帯電防止剤、染料、顔料、紫外線遮断剤、抗酸化剤、加工油およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される一つを含む添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の放熱粘着テープ用粘着剤組成物。
- 請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の粘着剤組成物から製造される、放熱粘着テープ。
