Claims (12)
- 自転車用の後輪軸であって、
中空車輪軸と、該車輪軸に挿入される軸シャフトとを含み、
当該後輪軸は、前記車輪軸にかかるトルクを自転車フレームのドロップアウト部で支持するためのトルク支持手段を備え、
前記トルク支持手段は、前記軸シャフトの外側の第1の部位と前記車輪軸の内部の部位とによって、また、前記軸シャフトの外側の第2の部位によって形成され、前記第1の部位と前記内部の部位とは共同で第1のフォームロック接続を形成し、前記第2の部位は前記自転車フレームのドロップアウト部の貫通孔の又は回転方向において前記ドロップアウト部に対して固定された挿入部品内に存在するさらなる貫通孔の境界壁と共に第2のフォームロック接続を形成し、前記軸シャフトの外側の前記第1の部位及び前記第2の部位は、前記軸シャフトの回転方向において互いに対して固定されている、後輪軸。 - 前記軸シャフトはピンと、該ピンの周りで自在に回転可能なブッシュとを含み、前記フォームロック接続の前記第1の部位及び前記第2の部位は該ブッシュによって形成される、請求項1に記載の後輪軸。
- 前記第1のフォームロック接続及び前記第2のフォームロック接続はスプラインによって形成され、前記第1のフォームロック接続では、前記車輪軸の内部の前記部位は周囲に亘って分布されて存在する第1の数の第1のスプラインを備え、前記軸シャフトの外側の前記第1の部位又は前記軸シャフトの前記ブッシュは、周囲に亘って分布されて存在するとともに、それぞれが2つの隣接する第1のスプラインの間に存在する第2の数の第2のスプラインを備え、前記第1の数は前記第2の数と等しいか又は倍数であり、前記第2のフォームロック接続では、前記境界壁は周囲に亘って分布されて存在する第3の数の第3のスプラインを備え、前記第2の数は該第3の数の倍数であり、前記軸シャフトの外側の前記第2の部位は、前記第3のスプラインよりも幅広で且つ短く、2つの隣接する第3のスプラインの間の間隙を接線方向で埋める少なくとも1つの第4のスプラインを備える、請求項1又は2に記載の後輪軸。
- 前記第2のスプラインに対向する端部にある前記第4のスプラインは面取りされている、請求項3に記載の後輪軸。
- 前記第2のフォームロック接続は、周囲に亘って分布されて存在する第4の数の第4のスプラインを含み、該第4の数は前記第3の数と等しい、請求項3又は4に記載の後輪軸。
- 前記軸シャフトは一方側に接続手段を、より具体的にはネジを備え、他方側には前記自転車フレームのドロップアウト部の間で前記車輪軸をクランプするための張力機構を備える、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の後輪軸。
- 自転車用の後輪であって、
請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の後輪軸と、
ドライバー本体及びトルク手段を含むトランスミッションと、
を含み、
前記トランスミッションは少なくとも1つの駆動部を含み、該駆動部を通じて前記ドライバー本体が前記トルク手段に接続され、
当該後輪は、前記車輪軸に軸受取り付けされるとともに、さらなるトルク手段を含む車輪ハブをさらに含み、該さらなるトルク手段は前記トルク手段と共に第3のフォームロック接続を形成する、後輪。 - 前記駆動部は3つの回転部材を含む遊星歯車セットを含み、該3つの回転部材のうちの第1の回転部材は前記ドライバー本体に接続され、第2の回転部材は前記トルク手段に接続され、第3の回転部材は前記車輪軸に接続されている、請求項7に記載の後輪。
- 自転車フレームであって、
請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の後輪軸と協働する2つのドロップアウト部を有するリアフォークを含み、
前記ドロップアウト部のそれぞれは前記軸シャフトを挿入可能な貫通孔を備え、当該自転車フレームは前記軸シャフトを挿入可能なさらなる貫通孔を備えた支持要素を含み、該さらなる貫通孔の境界壁は前記軸シャフトの外側の前記第2の部位と共に前記第2のフォームロック接続を形成し、前記支持要素は、当該自転車フレームのドロップアウト部の一方への解除可能接続又は非解除可能接続のいずれかによって前記さらなる貫通孔の軸の周りの回転に対して固定されている、自転車フレーム。 - 前記支持要素は、前記ドロップアウト部のうちの一方の貫通孔内に存在する挿入部品によって形成されるとともに、前記ドロップアウト部にフォームロック接続されている、請求項9に記載の自転車フレーム。
- 前記支持要素は前記ドロップアウト部によって支えられるトルク支持アームを備える、請求項9に記載の自転車フレーム。
- 請求項9乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の自転車フレームと、請求項7又は8に記載の後輪とを含む自転車。
