Abstract
Description
・機能表面を有する部材。
・前記部材が基材及び多結晶機能層を有し、前記機能層が前記機能表面を有する前記部材。
・前述の構成のいずれかによる部材であって、前記多結晶機能層がセラミックスを含有する前記部材。
・前述の構成のいずれかによる部材であって、前記基材が、プラスチック、ガラス、ガラスセラミックス又はセラミックス又は複合材料又は可撓性原料を含有する前記部材。
・前述の構成のいずれかによる部材であって、前記機能層が、2mm未満、好ましくは0.5mm未満、及び特に好ましくは100μm未満の厚さを有する前記部材。
・前述の構成のいずれかによる部材であって、前記基材及び/又は前記機能層が透明である前記部材。
・前述の構成のいずれかによる部材であって、前記機能層が、機械的、及び/又は、化学的、及び/又は熱的に安定である前記部材。
・前述の構成のいずれかによる部材であって、前記機能層が、光学的機能、殊に反射防止効果、及び/又はフィルタ効果を有する前記部材。
・前述の構成のいずれかによる部材であって、前記機能層が、耐ひっかき効果、及び/又は防曇効果を有する前記部材。
・前述の構成のいずれかによる部材であって、前記基材及び前記機能層が接着促進剤により互いに結合している前記部材。
・前述の構成のいずれかによる部材であって、前記接着促進剤が透明であり、かつ前記基材の屈折率と前記機能層の屈折率の間に介在する屈折率を有する、又は透明な接着促進剤が前記機能層と同じ屈折率を有する前記部材。
・前述の構成のいずれかによる部材であって、前記機能層が、基材とは反対側でのみ研磨されている前記部材。
・前述の構成のいずれかによる部材であって、前記機能層が、透明セラミックス、殊にAl−Mgスピネルセラミックス、Al2O3セラミックス、AlONセラミックス、SiAlONセラミックス、ZrO2セラミックス、又はY−Al−Mg−O系からの混合酸化物セラミックスを含有し、ここで5質量%までのドーパント元素が含まれていてよい前記部材。
・前述の構成のいずれかによる部材であって、前記基材及び前記機能層が接着促進剤により互いに結合している前記部材。
・前述の構成のいずれかによる部材であって、前記接着促進剤が接着剤である前記部材。
・前述の構成のいずれか構成による部材であって、前記接着促進剤が透明な接着剤である前記部材。
・前述の構成のいずれかによる部材であって、前記接着促進剤が、前記基材の屈折率及び前記機能層の屈折率の間に介在する屈折率を有する透明な接着剤である前記部材。
・前述の構成のいずれか構成による部材であって、接着促進剤が、前記機能層の屈折率に非常に類似している屈折率を有する透明な接着剤であり、これにより、意図した使用について知覚可能な相の移行部、又は知覚可能な境界面が生じない前記部材。
・前述の構成のいずれかによる部材の使用であって、摩耗負荷のかかる、殊に透明な表面、例えば、レジシステムのスキャナ表面、ブラストキャビンの表面、床張りの表面、時計用ガラスの表面又は階段の表面としての前記使用。
・前述の構成のいずれかによる部材の使用であって、光学的部材における、殊に一般的には携帯電話用ディスプレイ、タブレット用ディスプレイ又はコンピューター用ディスプレイのための前記使用。
Claims (20)
- 機能表面を有する部材。
- 請求項1に記載の部材において、前記部材が基材及び多結晶機能層を有し、ここで前記機能層が前記機能表面を含むことを特徴とする前記部材。
- 請求項2に記載の部材において、前記多結晶機能層がセラミックスを含むことを特徴とする前記部材。
- 請求項2又は3に記載の部材において、前記基材が、プラスチック、ガラス、ガラスセラミックス又はセラミックス又は複合材料又は可撓性原料を含むことを特徴とする前記部材。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の部材において、前記機能層が、2mm未満、好ましくは0.5mm未満、及び特に好ましくは100μm未満の厚さを有することを特徴とする前記部材。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の部材において、前記基材及び/又は前記機能層が透明であることを特徴とする前記部材。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の部材において、前記機能層が機械的、及び/又は化学的、及び/又は熱的に安定であることを特徴とする前記部材。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の部材において、前記機能層が光学的機能、殊に反射防止効果及び/又はフィルタ効果を有することを特徴とする前記部材。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の部材において、前記機能層が耐ひっかき効果及び/又は防曇効果を有することを特徴とする前記部材。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の部材において、前記基材及び前記機能層が接着促進剤により互いに結合されていることを特徴とする前記方法。
- 請求項10に記載の部材において、前記接着促進剤が透明であり、かつ前記基材の屈折率と前記機能層の屈折率の間に介在する屈折率を有する、又は透明な接着促進剤が前記機能層と同一の屈折率を有することを特徴とする前記部材。
- 請求項1から11までのいずれか一項に記載の部材において、前記機能層が基材とは反対側でのみ研磨されていることを特徴とする前記部材。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載の部材において、前記機能層が透明なセラミックス、殊にAl−Mgスピネルセラミックス、Al2O3セラミックス、AlONセラミックス、SiAlONセラミックス、ZrO2セラミックス又はY−Al―Mg―O系からの混合酸化物セラミックスを含有し、ここで5質量%までのドープ元素が含まれていてよいことを特徴とする前記部材。
- 請求項1から13までのいずれか一項に記載の部材において、前記基材及び前記機能層が接着促進剤により互いに結合されていることを特徴とする前記部材。
- 請求項1から14までのいずれか一項に記載の部材において、前記接着促進剤が接着剤であることを特徴とする前記部材。
- 請求項1から15までのいずれか一項に記載の部材において、前記接着促進剤が透明な接着剤であることを特徴とする前記部材。
- 請求項1から16までのいずれか一項に記載の部材において、前記接着促進剤が、前記基材の屈折率及び前記機能層の屈折率の間に介在する屈折率を有する透明な接着剤であることを特徴とする前記部材。
- 請求項1から17までのいずれか一項に記載の部材において、前記接着促進剤が、前記機能層の屈折率に非常に類似している屈折率を有する透明な接着剤であり、これにより、意図した使用について、知覚可能な相の移行部、又は知覚可能な境界面が生じないことを特徴とする前記部材。
