Claims (10)
- 内燃機関、とりわけ重油で運転される船舶ディーゼル内燃機関のための排ガス後処理装置(10)であって、
排ガスが貫流するハウジング(11)、
該ハウジング(11)内に形成されており、排ガス浄化のために触媒(16、17、18)及び/又は 粒子フィルターを収容する排ガス浄化室(13、14、15)、
前記ハウジング(11)内に形成されており、消音のために貫流方向において所与の奥行を有するマフラー室(19、20、21、22、23、24)、
を有する、排ガス後処理装置において、
前記排ガス浄化室(13、14、15)及び前記マフラー室(19、20、21、22、23、24)が互いに、空間的には直列に、及び、流れにとっては並列に配置されていることを特徴とする、排ガス後処理装置。 - 前記排ガス浄化室(13、14、15)及び前記マフラー室(19、20、21、22、23、24)が流れにとって互いに並列に配置されており、その際、前記ハウジング(11)を貫流する排ガス流(25)はN個の排ガス部分流(25a、25b、25c)に分けることができ、これら排ガス部分流はそれぞれ、前記排ガス部分流(25a、25b、25c)のそれぞれにとって個別の、少なくとも一つの排ガス浄化室(13、14、15)、及び、望ましくは前記排ガス部分流(25a、25b、25c)のそれぞれにとって個別の、少なくとも一つのマフラー室(19、20、21、22、23、24)を貫流し、前記排ガス部分流(25a、25b、25c)は、前記排ガス浄化室(13、14、)及びマフラー室(19、20、21、22、23、24)を貫流した後に合流して排ガス流(25)とすることができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排ガス後処理装置。
- 全ての排ガス浄化室(13、14、15)が、前記排ガス部分流(25a、25b、25c)にとって個別の排ガス浄化室(13、14、15)として構成されており、そのため前記排ガス浄化室(13、14、15)のそれぞれを貫流するのは常に、前記排ガス部分流(25a、25b、25c)のうちの一つのみであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の排ガス後処理装置。
- 前記マフラー室のいくつか(20、22、23)が、前記排ガス部分流(25a、25b、25c)にとって個別のマフラー室として構成されており、そのため前記マフラー室のそれぞれを貫流するのは、常に前記排ガス部分流(25a、25b、25c)のうちの一つのみであることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の排ガス後処理装置。
- 他のマフラー室(19、21、24)は、前記排ガス部分流(25a、25b、25c)にとって共通のマフラー室として構成されており、そのため前記マフラー室のそれぞれは、前記排ガス部分流(25a、25b、25c)の複数の排ガス部分流が共通して貫流することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の排ガス後処理装置。
- 前記排ガス浄化室(13、14、15)及び前記マフラー室(19、20、21、22、23、24)が流れにとって互いに並列に配置されており、その際、i=1から(N−1)であるとき、i番目の排ガス部分流の特定の又はそれぞれの、個別の排ガス浄化室及びマフラー室が、流れの技術的に、(i+1)番目の排ガス部分流の特定の又はそれぞれの、個別の排ガス浄化室及びマフラー室に並列に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理装置。
- 前記排ガス浄化室(13、14、15)及び前記マフラー室(19、20、21、22、23、24)が空間的に互いに直列に配置されており、その際、i=1から(N−1)であるとき、i番目の排ガス部分流の特定の又はそれぞれの、個別の排ガス浄化室及びマフラー室が、空間的に、(i+1)番目の排ガス部分流の特定の又はそれぞれの、個別の排ガス浄化室及びマフラー室の前に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理装置。
- 前記マフラー室(19、20、21、22、23、24)の少なくともいくつかが、異なる奥行を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理装置。
- 全てのマフラー室(19、20、21、22、23、24)が異なる奥行を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理装置。
- 全ての排ガス浄化室(13、14、15)及び全てのマフラー室(19、20、21、22、23、24)が一緒に前記ハウジング(11)内に形成されている、もしくは、前記ハウジング(11)内に統合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理装置。
