Claims (17)
- TRIP効果を利用した高い成形性およびバランスのとれた孔食指数を有し高い耐食性を有するフェライト・オーステナイト系二相ステンレス鋼において、前記二相ステンレス鋼は、0.04重量%未満の炭素、0.2〜0.8重量%のケイ素、2.0重量%未満のマンガン、16.5〜19.5重量%のクロム、3.0〜4.7重量%のニッケル、1.5〜4.0重量%のモリブデン、3.5重量%未満のタングステン、1重量%未満の銅、0.13〜0.26重量%の窒素を含有し、残余は鉄およびステンレス鋼中に生じる不可避の不純物であることを特徴とするフェライト・オーステナイト系二相ステンレス鋼。
- 請求項1に記載の二相ステンレス鋼において、微細構造中のオーステナイト相の割合は、900〜1200℃、好ましくは950〜1150℃の温度範囲で熱処理された場合、45〜80容積%、有利には55〜70容積%で、残余がフェライトであることを特徴とするフェライト・オーステナイト系二相ステンレス鋼。
- 請求項1または2に記載の二相ステンレス鋼において、孔食指数値(PRE)は30〜36の範囲を有することを特徴とするフェライト・オーステナイト系二相ステンレス鋼。
- 請求項1、2または3に記載の二相ステンレス鋼において、Md30測定温度は30〜90℃の範囲、好ましくは10〜60℃の範囲にあることを特徴とするフェライト・オーステナイト系二相ステンレス鋼。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の二相ステンレス鋼において、臨界孔食温度CPTは34〜45℃であることを特徴とするフェライト・オーステナイト系二相ステンレス鋼。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の二相ステンレス鋼において、クロム含有量は16.5〜18.8重量%であることを特徴とするフェライト・オーステナイト系二相ステンレス鋼。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の二相ステンレス鋼において、ニッケル含有量は3.0〜4.5重量%であることを特徴とするフェライト・オーステナイト系二相ステンレス鋼。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の二相ステンレス鋼において、マンガン含有量は1.0重量%未満であることを特徴とするフェライト・オーステナイト系二相ステンレス鋼。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の二相ステンレス鋼において、銅含有量は最大0.7重量%、好ましくは最大0.5重量%であることを特徴とするフェライト・オーステナイト系二相ステンレス鋼。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の二相ステンレス鋼において、タングステン含有量は1.0〜3.5重量%であることを特徴とするフェライト・オーステナイト系二相ステンレス鋼。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の二相ステンレス鋼において、式(Mo + 0.5W)によるモリブデン(Mo)とタングステン(W)の合計含有量は4.0重量%未満、好ましくは2.2〜3.8重量%であることを特徴とするフェライト・オーステナイト系二相ステンレス鋼。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の二相ステンレス鋼において、窒素含有量は0.16〜0.25重量%であることを特徴とするフェライト・オーステナイト系二相ステンレス鋼。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の二相ステンレス鋼において、該ステンレス鋼は、任意選択により1つまたは複数の追加元素である0.04重量%未満のAl、好ましくは0.03重量%未満のAl、0.004重量%未満のB、0.004重量%未満のCa、0.1重量%未満のCe、最大1重量%のCo、最大0.1重量%のNb、最大0.1重量%のTi、最大0.2重量%のVを含有することを特徴とするフェライト・オーステナイト系二相ステンレス鋼。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の二相ステンレス鋼において、該ステンレス鋼は、不可避の不純物として0.010重量%未満、好ましくは0.005重量%未満のSと0.040重量%未満のPを(S+P)合計量が0.04重量%未満となるように含有し、全酸素含有量が100 ppm未満であることを特徴とするフェライト・オーステナイト系二相ステンレス鋼。
- 請求項1に記載の二相ステンレス鋼において、前記鋼は、インゴット、スラブ、ブルーム、ビレット、中・厚板、薄板、鋼帯、コイル、バー、ロッド、ワイヤ、異形材および形鋼、継ぎ目なしおよび溶接鋼管類、金属粉、成形した形状物として製造されることを特徴とするフェライト・オーステナイト系二相ステンレス鋼。
