Abstract
Description
(a)1種以上の水溶性ポリマーを含む有機ポリマーバインダー;
(b)水を含む溶媒系;
(c)1種以上の水溶性ポリマーの少なくとも1つと結合し、1種以上の水溶性ポリマーの全重量の0.025〜10.0重量%の範囲で存在するリン系酸;および
(d)導電性粒子を含む。
有機バインダー;
活物質;
有機バインダー中に分散された導電性粒子;
有機バインダーとは異なり、有機ポリマーの0.05〜2.0重量%の範囲で存在するリン系酸を有する有機ポリマーを含み、有機ポリマーが、アクリルアミド、n−メチロールアクリルアミド、メタクリルアミド、n−メチロールメタクリルアミド、ビニルホルムアミド、n−メチロールビニルホルムアミド、アクリル酸およびメタクリル酸からなる群から選択される1種以上のモノマーを少なくとも70重量%を含み、;
導電性コーティング組成物に基づき、0.1〜5.0全固体重量%の範囲で存在する。
A)導電性金属表面;および
B)導電性金属表面に直接付着した導電性プライマー層を含み、;
導電性プライマー層は、導電性粒子および1種以上の有機ポリマーを含む有機ポリマーバインダーを含み、1種以上の有機ポリマー少なくとも1つが、アクリルアミド、n−メチロールアクリルアミド、メタクリルアミド、n−メチロールメタクリルアミド、ビニルホルムアミド、n−メチロールビニルホルムアミド、アクリル酸およびメタクリル酸かならる群から選択される1種以上のモノマーを70重量%含み、
1種以上の有機ポリマーの少なくとも1つに結合するリン系酸を1種以上の有機ポリマーの全量の0.025〜10.0重量%の量で含む。本発明のさらなる目的は、導電性プライマー層、C)活物質導電性コーティング上に堆積された本明細書に記載のコーティングされた集電体を含む電極を提供することにある。
a)金属導電性表面を含む集電体を提供する;および
b)請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の導電性プライマー組成物を金属導電性表面に直接塗布する;および
c)金属導電性表面の導電性プライマー組成物を乾燥、および任意に架橋し、付着した導電性プライマー層を形成することを含む。
工程c)の前または後に付着した導電性プライマー層の上に活物質を含む導電性コーティング組成物を堆積させる;および
乾燥、および任意に架橋し、電極を形成する。
(a)1種以上の水溶性ポリマーを含む有機ポリマーバインダー、
(b)水を含む溶媒系、
(c)水溶性ポリマーの少なくとも1つに結合するリン系酸および
(d)導電性粒子。
(a)水溶性ポリマー;
(b)水を含む溶媒系;
(c)水溶性ポリマーに結合したリン系酸;および
任意にpH調整剤及び/又は導電性粒子を含み、添加剤のpHが6〜9の範囲内である。
金属導電性表面;望ましくは、従来の電気エネルギー貯蔵デバイスにおいて使用される、薄い金属基板、好ましくは、アルミニウム箔基板;を有する集電体を提供し、一般的に集電体は洗浄および/または還元することができるベアメタルであり;
集電体に、本明細書に記載の導電性プライマー組成物を塗布し、;
接着性導電性プライマー層を形成するために導電性プライマー組成物を乾燥させ、および
任意に、導電性プライマー組成物を乾燥する前または後に、接着性導電性プライマー層に活物質を含む導電性コーティング組成物を堆積させる。活物質を含む導電性コーティング組成物がプライマー組成物の乾燥後に堆積された場合、第2の乾燥工程は、活物質導電性コーティング層を形成するために使用される。
<例1:リン系酸官能基を有する少なくとも一つの水溶性ポリマーを含有する有機ポリマーバインダーの重合>
Claims (18)
- 非水電解質を含む電気エネルギー貯蔵デバイス内の集電体で使用するための導電性プライマー組成物であって、導電性プライマー組成物が、
(a)1種以上の水溶性ポリマーを含む有機ポリマーバインダー、
(b)水を含む溶媒系、
(c)1種以上の水溶性ポリマーの少なくとも1つと結合し、1種以上の水溶性ポリマーの全重量の0.025〜10.0重量%の範囲で存在するリン系酸、および
(d)導電性粒子を含む導電性プライマー組成物。 - それと結合するリン系酸を有する1種以上の水溶性ポリマーの少なくとも1つが、アクリルアミド、n−メチロールアクリルアミド、メタクリルアミド、n−メチロールメタクリルアミド、ビニルホルムアミド、n−メチロールビニルホルムアミド、アクリル酸及びメタクリル酸からなる群から選択される1種以上のモノマーの少なくとも70重量%からなる、請求項1に記載の導電性プライマー組成物。
- それと結合するリン系酸を有する1種以上の水溶性ポリマーの少なくとも1つが、1種以上のモノマーの少なくとも一部がアクリルアミドである、コポリマーである、請求項2に記載の導電性プライマー組成物。
- 有機ポリマーバインダーが、さらに組成物中に分散する1種以上の水分散性ポリマーを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の導電性プライマー組成物。
- さらに架橋剤を含む、請求項1に記載の導電性プライマー組成物。
- 非水電解質を含む電気エネルギー貯蔵デバイス内で使用される導電性コーティング組成物に組み込むための接着促進添加剤組成物であって、添加剤組成物が、有機ポリマーの0.05〜10.0重量%の範囲で存在するリン系酸を有し、有機ポリマーが、アクリルアミド、n−メチロールアクリルアミド、メタクリルアミド、n−メチロールメタクリルアミド、ビニルホルムアミド、n−メチロールビニルホルムアミド、アクリル酸及びメタクリル酸からなる群から選択される1種以上のモノマーの少なくとも70重量%を含む有機ポリマーおよび水を含む接着促進添加剤組成物。
- 非水電解質を含む電気エネルギー貯蔵デバイスのための導電性コーティング組成物であって、導電性コーティング組成物が、
有機バインダー、
活物質、
有機バインダー中に分散された導電性粒子、
有機ポリマーの0.05〜2.0重量%の範囲で存在するリン系酸を有し、有機バインダーとは異なる有機ポリマーを含み、
有機ポリマーが、アクリルアミド、n−メチロールアクリルアミド、メタクリルアミド、n−メチロールメタクリルアミド、ビニルホルムアミド、n−メチロールビニルホルムアミド、アクリル酸およびメタクリル酸からなる群から選択される1種以上のモノマーを少なくとも70重量%を含み、導電性コーティング組成物に基づき、0.1〜5.0の全乾燥固体重量%の範囲で存在する導電性コーティング組成物。 - リン系酸が、ビニルホスホン酸、ビニルジホスホン酸、および(メタ)アクリル酸に基づくリン酸エステルモノマーの少なくとも一つから選択される、請求項1、6または7に記載の組成物。
- 1種以上のモノマーが、アクリルアミド、および任意にn−メチロールアクリルアミドを含み、リン系酸の供給源が、ビニルホスホン酸を含む、請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 導電性粒子が、カーボンブラック、グラファイトおよびグラフェンの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- グラフェンおよびカーボンブラックが、約0.2:1〜5:1の重量比で組成物中に存在する、請求項10に記載の組成物。
- 非水電解質を含む電気エネルギー貯蔵デバイス内で使用するためのコーティングされた集電体を含む製品であって、コーティングされた集電体が、
A)導電性金属面、および
B)導電性の金属表面に直接付着された導電性プライマー層を含み、
導電性プライマー層が、導電性粒子および1種以上の有機ポリマーを含む有機ポリマーバインダーを含み、1種以上の有機ポリマーの少なくとも1つが、アクリルアミド、n−メチロールアクリルアミド、メタクリルアミド、n−メチロールメタクリルアミド、ビニルホルムアミド、n−メチロールビニルホルムアミド、アクリル酸およびメタクリル酸からなる群から選択される1種以上のモノマーの少なくとも70重量%および1種以上の有機ポリマーの全量の0.025〜10.0重量%の量で1種以上の有機ポリマーの少なくとも1つに結合するリン系酸を含む製品。 - 導電性プライマー層B)上に堆積された活物質導電性コーティングC)を有する請求項12に記載のコーティングされた集電体を含む電極を含む製品。
- 導電性プライマー層および/または導電性コーティングが架橋されている、請求項13に記載の製品。
- 導電性粒子が、カーボンブラック、グラファイト、およびグラフェンの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項12、13または14に記載の製品。
- 非水電解質を含む電気エネルギー貯蔵デバイス内で使用するためのコーティングされた集電体の製造方法であって、以下の工程、
a)金属導電性表面を含む集電体を提供する、
b)請求項1、2、3および5のいずれかに記載の導電性プライマー組成物を金属導電性表面に直接塗布し、導電性プライマー層を形成する、および
c)金属導電性表面の導電性プライマー層を乾燥、および任意に架橋し、付着した導電性プライマー層を形成することを含む方法。 - さらに以下の工程、
工程c)の前または後に導電性プライマー層の上に活物質を含む導電性コーティング組成物を堆積させる、および
導電性コーティング組成物、工程c)の前であれば導電性プライマー層を乾燥、および任意に架橋し、電極を形成すること
を含む請求項16に記載のコーティングされた集電体の製造方法。 - 請求項12に記載のコーティングされた集電体およびコーティングされた集電体に接触する非水電解質を含み、導電性のプライマー層が、非水電解質に不溶である電気エネルギー貯蔵デバイス。
