Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- イソシアネート及びポリオールと、膨張黒鉛(Expandable Graphite)と、砂糖リン酸カラメルまたは砂糖シリカカラメルを混合して製造され、熱によって発泡して断熱層を形成することを特徴とする熱発泡性塗布剤。
- 砂糖(Sucrose)とリン酸(Phosphoric Acid)を混合して砂糖加リン酸分解反応させて、砂糖リン酸カラメルを形成する段階と、
ポリオールに前記砂糖リン酸カラメルと膨張黒鉛及び分散剤を混合して撹拌させる段階と、
前記砂糖リン酸カラメルと膨張黒鉛の混合物にイソシアネートを混合する段階とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱発泡性塗布剤の製造方法。 - 前記ポリオールに砂糖リン酸カラメルと膨張黒鉛を混合して形成された混合物(B液)を、イソシアネートを含有する液体(A液)と別に建築構造物に塗布した後、混合することによって、B液とA液を反応させて、熱発泡性塗布剤を製造することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱発泡性塗布剤の製造方法。
- 前記砂糖リン酸カラメルの形成時に整泡剤と砂糖−リン酸シンターゼ(Sucrose−Phosphate Synthase)を添加することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱発泡性塗布剤の製造方法。
- 前記砂糖リン酸カラメルの形成時に前記砂糖100重量部に対してリン酸20〜70重量部を混合することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱発泡性塗布剤の製造方法。
- 砂糖リン酸カラメル100重量部に対してウレタン用ポリオール200〜800重量部を混合することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱発泡性塗布剤の製造方法。
- 前記ウレタン用ポリオールは、ポリエーテルポリオール(Polyeher Polyol)またはポリエステルポリオール(Polyester Polyol)のうちいずれか1つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の熱発泡性塗布剤の製造方法。
- 前記イソシアネートは、メチレンジフェニルジイソシアネート(MDI,Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate)であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱発泡性塗布剤の製造方法。
- 前記メチレンジフェニルジイソシアネートは、2,2’−MDI、2,4’−MDIまたは4,4’−MDIのうちいずれか1つ以上よりなるMDI単量体またはPolymeric MDIのうちいずれか1つであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の熱発泡性塗布剤の製造方法。
- 前記ポリオールに砂糖リン酸カラメルと膨張黒鉛を混合する段階で、前記砂糖リン酸カラメルと膨張黒鉛の混合時に、固状のソジウムオクタボレートテトラハイドレートをコロイド状のシリケートに混合して生成されたソジウムオクタボレート溶液を添加することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱発泡性塗布剤の製造方法。
- ソジウムオクタボレート溶液の形成時に、ソジウムオクタボレート100重量部に対してコロイド状のメタシリケート10〜40重量部を混合することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の熱発泡性塗布剤の製造方法。
- 前記ソジウムオクタボレート溶液を砂糖リン酸カラメルと混合時に、砂糖リン酸カラメル100重量部に対してソジウムシリケート溶液10〜50重量部を混合することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の熱発泡性塗布剤の製造方法。
- 前記ポリオールに砂糖リン酸カラメルと膨張黒鉛を混合する段階で、粘度を維持するためにペトロラタムまたはワセリンのうちいずれか1つ以上をさらに添加することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱発泡性塗布剤の製造方法。
- コロイドシリカに砂糖を添加して溶解することによって、砂糖シリカカラメルを製造する段階と、
ポリオールに前記砂糖シリカカラメルと膨張黒鉛及び分散剤を混合して撹拌させる段階と、
前記砂糖シリカカラメルと膨張黒鉛の混合物にイソシアネートを混合する段階とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱発泡性塗布剤の製造方法。 - 前記ポリオールに砂糖シリカカラメルと膨張黒鉛を混合して形成された混合物(B液)を、イソシアネートを含有する液体(A液)と別に建築構造物に塗布した後、混合することによって、B液とA液を反応させて、熱発泡性塗布剤を製造することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の熱発泡性塗布剤の製造方法。
- 前記砂糖シリカカラメルを製造する段階では、コロイドシリカ100重量部に対して砂糖を50〜80重量部添加して溶解することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の熱発泡性塗布剤の製造方法。
- 前記ポリオールに砂糖シリカカラメルと膨張黒鉛を混合する段階では、分子量1000g/mol〜3000g/molのポリオール100重量部に対して砂糖シリカカラメル15〜30重量部と膨張黒鉛20〜50重量部を投入して撹拌することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の熱発泡性塗布剤の製造方法。
- 前記ポリオールに砂糖シリカカラメルと膨張黒鉛を混合する段階で、前記砂糖シリカカラメルと膨張黒鉛の混合時に、固状のソジウムオクタボレートテトラハイドレートをコロイド状のメタシリケートに混合して生成されたソジウムオクタボレート溶液を添加することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の熱発泡性塗布剤の製造方法。
- 前記ソジウムオクタボレート溶液の形成時に、ソジウムオクタボレート100重量部に対してコロイド状のメタシリケート10〜40重量部を混合することを特徴とする請求項18に記載の熱発泡性塗布剤の製造方法。
- 前記ポリオールに砂糖シリカカラメルと膨張黒鉛を混合する段階で、粘度を維持するために、ペトロラタムまたはワセリンのうちいずれか1つ以上をさらに添加することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の熱発泡性塗布剤の製造方法。
