Abstract
Description
吸湿材料10は、流体の吸収を伴ういずれかの適切な構築および構造的用途で使用され得る。例えば、吸湿材料10は、セメント質材料が使用されおよび/または水が吸収される、例えば交通手段およびビル建造物、水路、およびインフラなど、いずれかの構造的用途で使用され得る。同じく、例えば、吸湿材料10は、例えば波止場、堤防、水路および重力擁壁など、浸食を軽減するための構築用途で使用され得る。
Claims (20)
- セメント質材料を提供するステップであって、前記セメント質材料が吸収材料を含むステップと、
前記セメント質材料の水和反応の間、流体を前記吸収材料中に吸収するステップと、
前記セメント質材料の水和反応の後、前記流体を前記吸収材料中に保持するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記セメント質材料の水和反応の後で前記流体を前記吸収材料中に保持するステップの後、前記流体の実質的に全てを前記吸収材料から除去するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記流体が前記吸収材料中に吸収されるとき前記セメント質材料の重量が増大する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記流体が前記吸収材料から除去されるとき前記セメント質材料の重量が低減する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記流体の実質的に全てを除去した後、前記流体または別の流体を前記吸収材料中に再吸収するステップをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記流体を前記吸収材料から除去するステップが前記吸収材料からの前記流体の蒸発を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記セメント質材料がコンクリートであり、
前記流体が水である、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記セメント質材料が非混合コンクリートである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記吸収材料が、天然繊維、合成繊維、マイクロファイバ、および管状材料の少なくとも1つを含む超吸収性材料を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 水和状態のコンクリート材料を含む材料であって、前記コンクリート材料が、
前記コンクリート材料全体に分散された超吸収性材料と、
骨材と

前記超吸収性材料が、前記コンクリート材料中に延在する複数の流路を含み、
前記超吸収性材料が前記骨材よりも高い吸収性を有する、材料。 - 前記超吸収性材料が、天然繊維、合成繊維、マイクロファイバ、および管状材料の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項10に記載の材料。
- 前記超吸収性材料が、セルロース繊維、綿および紙の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項10に記載の材料。
- 前記コンクリート材料が非混合コンクリートである、請求項10に記載の材料。
- 前記コンクリート材料が混合コンクリートである、請求項10に記載の材料。
- 前記コンクリート材料が無筋マスコンクリートである、請求項10に記載の材料。
- セメント質材料を提供するステップであって、前記セメント質材料が吸収材料を含むステップと、
前記セメント質材料の水和反応の間、流体を前記吸収材料中に吸収するステップと、
前記セメント質材料の水和反応の間、前記流体を前記吸収材料を通して移動するステップと、
前記セメント質材料の水和反応の後、前記流体を前記吸収材料中に保持するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記セメント質材料の水和反応の後、外部静水圧を使用して前記流体を前記吸収材料を通して移動するステップをさらに含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記流体が前記吸収材料中に吸収されるとき前記セメント質材料の重量が増大する、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記セメント質材料の水和反応の後で前記流体を前記吸収材料中に保持するステップの後、前記流体の実質的に全てを前記吸収材料から除去するステップと、
前記流体の実質的に全てを除去した後、前記流体または別の流体を前記吸収材料中に再吸収するステップと
をさらに含む、請求項16に記載の方法。 - 前記流体が前記吸収材料から除去されるとき前記セメント質材料の重量が低減する、請求項19に記載の方法。
