Claims (5)
- 流体搬送接続具(100)であって、
前記接続具(100)に属する油圧供給ブロック(1)に挿入された少なくとも2つのメスカプラー(47)と、前記メスカプラー(47)にそれぞれ接続可能な2つのオスカプラー(48)とを備え、
前記ブロック(1)が、少なくとも2つの油圧ライン(49)と、少なくとも1つのドレンライン(50)と、各メスカプラー(47)内部のチャンバー(54)から圧力を除去するようになっているカム(7)と一体であって、メスカプラー(47)からオスカプラー(48)を接続解除するようになっているレバー(4)とを含み、
各メスカプラー(47)が、前記チャンバー(54)をドレンライン(50)と連通させる圧力逃し弁(51)を備え、
前記カム(7)が、第1油圧ラインのメスカプラー(47)に作用する第1部材(82)と、第2油圧ラインのメスカプラー(47)に作用する第2部材(83)とを備える流体搬送接続具(100)において、
前記第1及び第2部材(82、83)が、前記レバー(4)を一方に回動させることにより、前記第1部材(82)が移動して前記第1油圧ラインに作用するときは、前記部材(83)が静止位置に留まっており、かつ前記レバー(4)を反対方向に回転させることにより、逆も同じことになるように独立していることを特徴とする接続具(100)。 - 前記第1及び第2部材(82、83)が、それぞれ、第1及び第2ループ(822、832)を有する第1及び第2円盤形状の取付部(821、831)をそれぞれ有し、
前記取付部(821、831)が、レバー(4)の回転により制御された中央シャフト(5)と、前記中央シャフト(5)が間隔を持って収納されている前記ループ(822、832)を用いて関連しており、
レバー(4)に応力を与えることにより、一方向のときは、第1部材(82)の第1取付部(821)を動かすが、第2部材(83)の第2取付部(831)を動かないようにして、第2取付部(831)の第2ループ(832)内で自由となる一方で、他方向のときは、第2部材(83)の第2取付部(831)を動かすが、第1部材(82)の第1取付部(821)を動かないようにして、第1ループ(822)内で自由となるように、中央シャフト(5)の回転を規定する請求項1に記載の接続具(100)。 - 前記ループ(822、832)の形状がシャフト(5)のそれと類似しているが、それが一方又は他方のループ(822、832)と係合していないときは内側へ移動できるように幅広になっている請求項2に記載の接続具(100)。
- 前記ループ(822、832)が、シャフト(5)の回転軸と軸線において重ね合わせになっており、取付部(821、831)が互いに進行可能である請求項3に記載の接続具(100)。
- 前記中央シャフト(5)が、ループ(822、832)内での前記シャフト(5)の回転が可能となるように、丸い短辺を有する矩形状断面を有している請求項4に記載の接続具(100)。
