Abstract
Description
上部、底部及び外側壁を含む壁によって閉じられた容器、前記容器の第1の壁から開始して、対向する壁の近傍まで延びる投入ダクト、及び前記投入ダクトに対して実質的に平行な出力ダクトであって、前記第1の壁の近傍において開始して対向する壁まで延びる、出力ダクトを備え、各ダクトには、前記容器の壁を通して外部に接続する装置が設けられることを特徴とする、静的ミキサである。
Claims (14)
- 特に補助液体を主液体に注入した後で少なくとも2つの液体の混合物を均質化する静的ミキサであって、
上部(1a)、底部(1b)及び外側壁を含む壁によって閉じられた容器(1)、
前記容器の第1の壁から開始して、対向する壁の近傍まで延びる投入ダクト(3)、及び
前記投入ダクトに対して実質的に平行な出力ダクト(4)であって、前記第1の壁の近傍において開始して対向する壁まで延びる、出力ダクト(4)
を備え、
各ダクトには、前記容器の壁を通して外部に接続する装置(3a、4a)が設けられることを特徴とする、静的ミキサ。 - 前記第1の壁は、前記容器の前記上部(1a)によって形成され、前記対向する壁は前記底部(1b)によって形成され、前記投入ダクト(3)は、前記ミキサが動作位置にあるときに、前記上部から開始して前記底部の近傍まで延びて鉛直であり、一方で、前記出力ダクト(4)は、前記上部の近傍において開始して前記底部まで延びることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のミキサ。
- 前記投入ダクトは、前記出力ダクトと同様に水平であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のミキサ。
- 前記投入ダクト(3)は、前記容器(1)の前記壁の近傍に、特に該壁に当接して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のミキサ。
- 前記出力ダクト(4)は、前記投入ダクト(3)の近傍に、特に該投入ダクトに当接して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のミキサ。
- 前記投入ダクト(3)は、下側部分に、部分的に開口した横断面(3b)を有し、この断面の開口した部分は、前記容器の前記壁によって実質的に閉じられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のミキサ。
- 前記容器(1)は、特に楕円形である長円形の水平断面を有し、前記投入ダクト(3)は、前記断面の長軸(8)の端の近傍に位置付けられ、一方で、前記出力ダクト(4)は、前記断面の中心の側において、前記投入ダクトに実質的に当接して位置付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のミキサ。
- 前記投入ダクト(3)及び前記出力ダクト(4)の平行な軸の平面は、前記ミキサの前記水平断面の前記長軸(8)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のミキサ。
- 前記容器の前記底部(1b)及び前記上部(1a)は湾曲していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のミキサ。
- 前記容器は比較的平坦であり、前記投入ダクト及び前記出力ダクトの軸の平面に直交する方向に従う厚さを有し、前記容器の厚さの幅に対する比は、0.3〜0.7であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のミキサ。
- 反転されて頭と尾を合わせて組み付けられる2つの同一の半体部分を用いて製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のミキサ。
- ダクト(C)内で循環する主液体(L)の流れに補助液体(L1)を導入する投与装置(D)であって、容器から前記補助液体を集めるために往復運動を伴う差動ピストンを有する投与ポンプ(9)を備え、このポンプは、該ポンプが駆動されることを確実にする主液体の流れを受け取る第1の投入部(11)、前記補助液体を集める第2の投入部(12)、並びに、補助液体及び主液体を混合する出力部(14)を備え、該投与装置は、前記ポンプの前記出力部(14)に配置される、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のミキサ(M)を備えることを特徴とする、投与装置。
- 前記主液体ダクト(C)内に設置される分流器(V)を備え、前記投与ポンプ(9)は前記分流器に平行に接続され、前記ポンプの前記第1の投入部(11)は、第1の管(16)によって前記分流器の投入部に接続され、一方で、前記ポンプの前記出力部(14)は第2の管(15)によって前記分流器の首部に接続され、前記ミキサ(M)は、前記ポンプの前記出力部と前記分流器の前記首部への接続部との間で前記第2の管(15)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の投与装置。
- 前記容器(1)の容積は、前記投与ポンプ(9)の容量の3倍以上であることを特徴とする、請求項12又は13に記載の投与装置。
