Abstract
Description
前記単位セルが、正極、負極及び分離膜を含むバイセル(bi−cells)を含んでおり、前記バイセルのうち少なくとも1つが、電極集電体の一面にのみ電極活物質が塗布された安全電極を含み、前記安全電極が、電極活物質が塗布されていない第1面及び電極活物質が塗布されている第2面を含み、前記安全電極を含むバイセルにおいて、安全電極の第1面及び/又は第2面には、前記安全電極を除いた残りの正極と負極との間又は負極と正極との間に介在するバイセルの分離膜の厚さ対比110%〜220%の厚さからなる安全分離膜が付加されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (24)
- 2つ以上の単位セルが順次積層されているか、または長いシート状の分離フィルムによってフォールディングされている構造の電極組立体であって、
前記単位セルが、正極、負極及び分離膜を含むバイセルを含んでおり、前記バイセルのうち少なくとも1つが、電極集電体の一面にのみ電極活物質が塗布された安全電極を含み、前記安全電極が、電極活物質が塗布されていない第1面、及び電極活物質が塗布されている第2面を含み、前記安全電極を含むバイセルにおいて、安全電極の第1面及び/又は第2面には、前記安全電極を除いた残りの正極と負極との間又は負極と正極との間に介在するバイセルの分離膜の厚さ対比110%〜220%の厚さからなる安全分離膜が付加されていることを特徴とする、電極組立体。 - 前記バイセルが、電極組立体の最外郭に配置される第1バイセル、及び電極組立体の最外郭を除いた残りの部分に配置される第2バイセルを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記第1バイセルが、安全分離膜、安全電極、分離膜、両面電極、分離膜及び両面電極が順に積層された構造であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記第1バイセルが、安全分離膜、安全電極、安全分離膜、両面電極、分離膜及び両面電極が順に積層された構造であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記第1バイセルが、安全電極、安全分離膜、両面電極、分離膜及び両面電極が順に積層された構造であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記第2バイセルが、第1バイセルと同一の構造、及び/又は両面電極、分離膜、両面電極、分離膜、及び両面電極が順に積層された構造であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記両面電極が、集電体の両面に電極活物質が塗布されていることを特徴とする、請求項3〜6のいずれかに記載の電極組立体。
- 前記安全電極が、電極組立体の最外郭に位置する電極であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記分離膜及び安全分離膜が、有/無機複合多孔性のSRS分離膜であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記分離膜が10μm〜14μmの厚さからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記第2面に付加される安全分離膜が15μm〜30μmの厚さからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記第2面に付加される安全分離膜の厚さが20μmであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記第1面に付加される安全分離膜が、第2面に付加される安全分離膜の厚さに対して80〜95%の厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記SRS分離膜が、ポリオレフィン系列分離膜基材上に無機物粒子及びバインダー高分子からなる活性層が塗布されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記分離膜基材と活性層が9:1〜1:9の厚さ比を有することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記厚さ比が5:5であることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記無機物粒子が、(a)圧電性を有する無機物粒子、及び(b)リチウムイオン伝達能力を有する無機物粒子で構成された群から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記圧電性を有する無機物粒子が、BaTiO3、Pb(Zr,Ti)O3(PZT)、Pb1−xLaxZr1−yTiyO3(PLZT)、PB(Mg3Nb2/3)O3−PbTiO3(PMN−PT)及びハフニア(HfO2)からなる群から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記リチウムイオン伝達能力を有する無機物粒子が、リチウムホスフェート(Li3PO4)、リチウムチタンホスフェート(LixTiy(PO4)3、0<x<2、0<y<3)、リチウムアルミニウムチタンホスフェート(LixAlyTiz(PO4)3、0<x<2、0<y<1、0<z<3)、(LiAlTiP)xOy系ガラス(0<x<4、0<y<13)、リチウムランタンチタネート(LixLayTiO3、0<x<2、0<y<3)、リチウムゲルマニウムチオホスフェート(LixGeyPzSw、0<x<4、0<y<1、0<z<1、0<w<5)、リチウムナイトライド(LixNy、0<x<4、0<y<2)、SiS2(LixSiySz、0<x<3、0<y<2、0<z<4)系ガラス、及びP2S5(LixPySz、0<x<3、0<y<3、0<z<7)系ガラスからなる群から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の電極組立体。
- 請求項1に記載の電極組立体が電池ケースに内蔵されている、二次電池。
- 前記電池ケースが、アルミニウムラミネートシートのパウチ型ケースまたは金属缶型ケースであることを特徴とする、請求項20に記載の二次電池。
- 請求項20に記載の二次電池を単位電池として含む、電池パック。
- 請求項22に記載の電池パックを電源として含んでいることを特徴とする、デバイス。
- 前記デバイスが、携帯電話、携帯用コンピュータ、スマートフォン、スマートパッド、タブレットPC、及びネットブックから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項23に記載のデバイス。
