Claims (21)
- 少なくとも1つの膜型ポンプ(10、19)を有し、生成される圧力および/または送出速度の点でポンプを制御する制御装置(11)を有する、導管(8)に液体を供給する供給装置。
- 導管(8)の相互に離れた地点に配置された少なくとも2つのポンプ(10、19)、特に膜型ポンプを有し、また、生成される圧力および/または送出速度の点でポンプを個別に制御する制御装置(11)を有する、請求項1に記載の供給装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の供給装置において、
各ポンプに液体圧力センサ(15、22)が割り当てられることを特徴とする供給装置。 - 請求項1、2または3に記載の供給装置において、
各ポンプにポンプの電力消費量、特に電流消費量を検出する電気センサが割り当てられることを特徴とする供給装置。 - 請求項1または以下のうちの1項に記載の供給装置において、
各ポンプに流速センサ(15、22)が割り当てられることを特徴とする供給装置。 - 導管に液体を供給し、膜型ポンプを有する供給装置の動作方法において、
膜型ポンプが生成される圧力および/または送出速度の点で制御されることを特徴とする方法。 - 導管に液体を供給し、導管の相互に離れた地点に配置された2つのポンプ(10、19)を有する供給装置の動作方法において、
両方のポンプ(10、19)の少なくとも1つの動作パラメータのパラメータ値が相互に調整された方法で制御されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項6または7に記載の方法において、
液体圧力が導管内の1地点、または相互に離れた複数の異なる地点で検出されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7に記載の方法において、
2つのポンプ(10、19)の調整されたパラメータ値が一定の方式に従って経時的に可変であり、特に始動期間以降しばらく周期的に変化することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7、8または9に記載の方法において、
2つのポンプ(10、19)の調整されたパラメータ値が、導管内の液体圧力の検出値に所定の方法で依存する相互のある比率をとることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7または以下のうちの1項に記載の方法において、
両方のポンプ(10、19)の調整された動作パラメータがそれぞれの送出能力であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7または以下のうちの1項に記載の方法において、
両方のポンプ(10、19)の調整された動作パラメータが、ポンプにより生成される液体圧力のそれぞれの値であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7または以下のうちの1項に記載の方法において、
両方のポンプ(10、19)の調整された動作パラメータがポンプのそれぞれの送出能力であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7または以下のうちの1項に記載の方法において、
両方のポンプ(10、19)の調整された動作パラメータがポンプのそれぞれの流速であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7または以下のうちの1項に記載の方法において、
一定の圧力差および/または一定の流速差が2つのポンプ(10、19)間で設定されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項15に記載の方法において、
両方のポンプ(10、19)の流速の差が毎日100ミリリットル未満、特に毎日10ミリリットル未満、特に毎日1ミリリットル未満であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項6または以下のうちの1項に記載の方法において、
ポンプ(10、19)は、液体の移動方向が逆転されるように制御されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜5のうちの1項に記載の供給装置を有する中空カテーテル。
- 中空カテーテル内で回転可能なシャフトを含む、請求項18に記載の中空カテーテル。
- 請求項18または19に記載の中空カテーテルにおいて、
中空カテーテル内に柔軟なシャフトが配置されることを特徴とする中空カテーテル。 - 請求項18〜20のうちの1項に記載の中空カテーテルを含むカテーテルポンプ、特に心室内手術のためのカテーテルポンプ。
