Description
血漿の密度(〜1.03g/cm3)は、赤血球の密度(〜1.10g/cm3)とわずかに異なる。それにより、15%から60%までの範囲の非常に広いヘマトクリット範囲で、1.04〜1.07g/cm3の密度スペクトルが生じる。密度に対して、血液の粘度は、以下の表に示すように、種々のヘマトクリットによってかなり異なる。

これに関して、ポンプパラメータkは、粘度に対して二乗の依存性(squared dependence)を有する。ポンプは、上記のこれらの限界条件に基づいて、回転粘度計と同等に働く。

Claims (27)
- 少なくとも1つの遠心ポンプ手段を有する、医学的流体の処理のための装置における少なくとも1つの濾過値を制御するための装置であって、
前記医学的流体の粘度は、前記遠心ポンプ手段により決定され、少なくとも1つの濾過値が決定された前記粘度を参照して制御され、
前記遠心ポンプ手段は、前記医学的流体が前記遠心ポンプ手段により運ばれずに、前記遠心ポンプ手段内で循環されるような速度のモードで動作され得ることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記遠心ポンプ手段は遠心ポンプの一部である、若しくは遠心ポンプを含むこと、及び/又は前記医学的流体は、前記遠心ポンプ手段により運ばれ得ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記遠心ポンプ手段は、少なくとも1つの運搬モード及び少なくとも1つの測定モードで動作され得ることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記遠心ポンプ手段は、少なくとも1つの第1駆動部及び1つの第2駆動部を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1駆動部から前記第2駆動部に磁気結合によりトルク伝達及び/又は力伝達が起こることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記医学的流体の粘度は、前記遠心ポンプ手段の速度及び駆動トルクを参照して決定され得ることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも部分的に使い捨て品として作られていること、又は使い捨て品として作られた取り替え可能な構成要素を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記遠心ポンプ手段の少なくとも第2駆動部は、前記使い捨て品に設けられていること、及び/又は前記使い捨て品は、カセット様の様態で作られている、若しくは使い捨てカセットとして作られていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記医学的流体の処理のための装置は血液透析装置であること、並びに/又は前記濾過値は限外濾過率及び/若しくは限外濾過目標であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記医学的流体は血液であり、該血液のヘマトクリット値は、決定された粘度を参照して決定され得ることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記医学的流体は透析液であり、血液の状態は、決定された粘度を参照して決定され得ることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記医学的流体は、濾液であることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの調節若しくは制御手段、又は少なくとも1つの前記調節若しくは制御手段と接続され得る少なくとも1つの接続部を有し、前記調節若しくは制御手段により、前記医学的流体の粘度が測定され得る及び/又は濾過値が制御され得ることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記遠心ポンプ手段は、前記調節若しくは制御手段により前記運搬モードと前記測定モードとを切り換えられ得ること、及び/又は前記遠心ポンプ手段の速度は、前記調節若しくは制御手段により制御され得ることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記遠心ポンプ手段は、前記遠心ポンプ手段をその入口側及び/又は出口側で閉じられ得るように、前記入口側及び/又は出口側に少なくとも1つの閉鎖手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記遠心ポンプ手段は、少なくとも1つの前記閉鎖手段が前記遠心ポンプ手段をその入口側及び/又は出口側で閉じている場合に、前記測定モードで動作され得ることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記医学的流体の体積流量の検出、及び/又は測定のために、前記遠心ポンプ手段の下流又は上流に少なくとも1つの検出手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記遠心ポンプ手段は、前記医学的流体が前記遠心ポンプ手段により運ばれずに、前記遠心ポンプ手段内で循環されるような速度の前記モードで動作され、
前記モードにおける速度は、200rpm又はそれ未満であることを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の装置を含む血液透析装置。
- 前記医学的流体の粘度が決定できる少なくとも前記遠心ポンプ手段の要素を有する使い捨て品が挿入されたマウントを有し、前記遠心ポンプ手段の前記第1駆動部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の血液透析装置。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の装置及び/又は請求項19若しくは20の血液透析装置のための使い捨て品であって、
少なくとも前記医学的流体の粘度が測定可能である前記遠心ポンプ手段の要素を有し、請求項7〜18のいずれか1項に記載の使い捨て品の特徴を有する使い捨て品。 - 請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の装置及び/又は請求項19若しくは20に記載の血液透析装置のための遠心ポンプ手段であって、
請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ポンプ手段の特徴を有する遠心ポンプ手段。 - 血液透析装置のための請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の装置の作動方法であって、
前記作動方法は、前記医学的流体の粘度を前記遠心ポンプ手段により決定するために、調節又は制御手段が、前記遠心ポンプ手段を、前記医学的流体が前記遠心ポンプ手段により運ばれずに、前記遠心ポンプ手段内で循環されるような速度の前記モードで動作させる工程を含むことを特徴とする作動方法。 - 請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の装置のための、請求項21に記載の使い捨て品における遠心ポンプ手段の作動方法であって、
前記作動方法は、前記医学的流体の粘度を前記遠心ポンプ手段により決定するために、調節又は制御手段が、前記遠心ポンプ手段を、前記医学的流体が前記遠心ポンプ手段により運ばれずに、前記遠心ポンプ手段内で循環されるような速度の前記モードで動作させる工程を含むことを特徴とする作動方法。 - 少なくとも1つの遠心ポンプ手段を有する、医学的流体の処理のための血液処理装置における作動方法であって、
前記作動方法は、前記医学的流体の粘度を前記遠心ポンプ手段により決定するために、調節又は制御手段が、前記遠心ポンプ手段を、前記医学的流体が前記遠心ポンプ手段により運ばれずに、前記遠心ポンプ手段内で循環されるような速度のモードで動作させる工程を含むことを特徴とする作動方法。 - 前記遠心ポンプ手段は、少なくとも1つの運搬モード及び/若しくは少なくとも1つの測定モードで動作されること、並びに/又は前記医学的流体の粘度は、前記遠心ポンプ手段の速度及び駆動トルクを参照して決定されることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の作動方法。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の装置、及び/又は請求項19若しくは20に記載の血液透析装置の作動方法であることを特徴とする請求項25又は26に記載の作動方法。
