Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の実施形態による車両用ヒートポンプシステムは、バッテリモジュールと連結され、冷却水が流動されるバッテリ冷却ラインと、内部に流入する冷媒と冷却水を選択的に熱交換させて冷却水の温度を調節するように前記バッテリ冷却ラインと第1連結ラインを介して連結され、エアコン手段の冷媒ラインと第2連結ラインを介して連結されるチラーと、モータと電装品の冷却のために冷却水を循環させるように冷却ラインを介して連結されるラジエータと第1ウォータポンプを含み、前記バッテリ冷却ラインおよび前記第1連結ラインに第1バルブを介して選択的に連結される電装用冷却手段、および前記冷媒ラインに備えられる第2バルブを介して前記第2連結ラインと前記冷媒ラインを選択的に連結されるバイパスラインを含む。

Claims (20)
- バッテリモジュールと連結され、冷却水が流動されるバッテリ冷却ラインと、
内部に流入する冷媒と冷却水とを選択的に熱交換させて冷却水の温度を調節するように前記バッテリ冷却ラインと第1連結ラインを介して連結され、エアコン手段の冷媒ラインと第2連結ラインを介して連結されるチラーと、
モータと電装品の冷却のために冷却水を循環させるように冷却ラインを介して連結されるラジエータと第1ウォータポンプとを含み、前記バッテリ冷却ラインおよび前記第1連結ラインに第1バルブを介して選択的に連結される電装用冷却手段と、
前記冷媒ラインに備えられる第2バルブを介して前記第2連結ラインと前記冷媒ラインとを選択的に連結するバイパスラインと、
を含むことを特徴とする車両用ヒートポンプシステム。 - 前記エアコン手段は、
前記冷媒ラインを介して連結され、車両の冷房、暖房、および暖房/除湿モードに応じて、蒸発器を通過した外気が内部コンデンサに選択的に流入するように調節する開閉ドアが内部に備えられたHVACモジュールと、
前記蒸発器と前記内部コンデンサとの間で前記冷媒ラインを介して連結される圧縮器と、
前記圧縮器と前記蒸発器との間で前記冷媒ラインに備えられるアキュムレータと、
前記内部コンデンサと前記冷媒ラインを介して連結され、車両の前方に配置される外部コンデンサと、
前記外部コンデンサと前記蒸発器とを連結する前記冷媒ラインに備えられる第1膨張バルブと、
前記内部コンデンサと前記外部コンデンサとの間で一端が前記冷媒ラインと連結され、他端は前記蒸発器と前記第1膨張バルブとの間で前記冷媒ラインに連結され、第3バルブが備えられる除湿ラインと、
前記内部コンデンサと前記外部コンデンサとの間で前記冷媒ラインに備えられる第4バルブを介して前記外部コンデンサと前記第1膨張バルブとの間の前記冷媒ラインと連結される除霜ラインと、
前記第2連結ラインに備えられる第2膨張バルブと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用ヒートポンプシステム。 - 前記バッテリ冷却ラインには、
前記ラジエータと前記チラーとの間で前記モータおよび前記電装品を連結する前記冷却ラインと前記バッテリ冷却ラインとを連結する第5バルブと、
前記バッテリモジュールと前記ラジエータとの間で前記モータおよび前記電装品を連結する前記冷却ラインと前記バッテリ冷却ラインとを連結する第6バルブと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用ヒートポンプシステム。 - 車両の冷房モードで前記バッテリモジュールを冷却する場合は、
前記第2バルブ、第3バルブ、および第4バルブの作動により前記バイパスライン、前記除湿ライン、および前記除霜ラインが閉鎖され、
前記チラーが前記蒸発器および前記外部コンデンサに並列連結される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用バッテリ冷却システム。 - 車両の冷房モードの未作動時に冷媒を利用して前記バッテリモジュールを冷却する場合は、
前記第2バルブ、第3バルブ、および第4バルブの作動により前記バイパスライン、前記除湿ライン、および前記除霜ラインが閉鎖され、
前記第1膨張バルブの作動が中止され、前記第2膨張バルブが作動する
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用ヒートポンプシステム。 - 車両の暖房モードで前記バッテリモジュール、前記モータ、および前記電装品の廃熱を回収する場合は、
前記第1バルブおよび前記第2バルブの作動により前記第1連結ラインおよび第2連結ラインと前記バイパスラインとが開放され、
前記第3バルブおよび前記第4バルブの作動により前記除湿ラインと前記除霜ラインとが閉鎖され、
前記第1膨張バルブおよび第2膨張バルブは作動が中断される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用ヒートポンプシステム。 - 前記モータ、および前記電装品を連結する前記冷却ラインは、前記第1バルブ、第5バルブおよび第6バルブの作動により前記第1連結ラインに選択的に連結される
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車両用バッテリ冷却システム。 - 車両の暖房および除湿モードで前記モータおよび前記電装品の廃熱を回収する場合は、
前記第1バルブおよび第2バルブの作動により前記第1連結ラインと前記バイパスラインが開放され、
前記モータ、および前記電装品を連結する前記冷却ラインと前記バッテリ冷却ラインとが前記第1バルブ、第5バルブ、および第6バルブの作動により前記第1連結ラインと連結され、
前記第3バルブの作動により前記除湿ラインが開放され、前記第4バルブの作動により前記除霜ラインは閉鎖され、
前記第1膨張バルブおよび第2膨張バルブは作動が中断される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用ヒートポンプシステム。 - 車両の暖房および除霜モードで前記バッテリモジュール、前記モータ、および前記電装品の廃熱を回収する場合は、
前記第1バルブ、第2バルブ、および第3バルブの作動により前記第1連結ライン、前記バイパスライン、および前記除霜ラインが開放され、
前記外部コンデンサと連結された前記冷媒ラインと前記除湿ラインとが前記第3バルブおよび第4バルブの作動により閉鎖され、
前記モータ、および前記電装品を連結する前記冷却ラインと前記バッテリ冷却ラインとが前記第1バルブ、第5バルブ、および第6バルブの作動により前記第1連結ラインと連結され、
前記第1膨張バルブおよび第2膨張バルブは作動が中断される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用ヒートポンプシステム。 - 前記冷却ラインには前記ラジエータと前記第5バルブとの間にリザーバタンクが備えられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用ヒートポンプシステム。
- 前記第1バルブ、第2バルブ、第4バルブ、第5バルブ、および第6バルブは、流量の分配が可能な3−Wayバルブであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用ヒートポンプシステム。
- 前記第2膨張バルブは、車両の冷房モード、または冷媒を利用して前記バッテリモジュールを冷却する場合に作動し、前記第2連結ラインを介して流入する冷媒を膨張させて前記チラーに流入させる
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用ヒートポンプシステム。 - 前記内部コンデンサと前記第4バルブとの間で前記冷媒ラインにはオリフィスが備えられる
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用ヒートポンプシステム。 - 前記オリフィスは、前記冷媒ラインを選択的に開閉するか、通過する冷媒を選択的に膨張させる
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の車両用ヒートポンプシステム。 - 前記除湿ラインは、前記第4バルブと前記オリフィスとの間で前記冷媒ラインと連結される
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の車両用ヒートポンプシステム。 - 前記除湿ラインは、車両の暖房および除湿モードで前記第3バルブの作動により開放される
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用ヒートポンプシステム。 - 前記チラーと前記バッテリモジュールとの間で前記バッテリ冷却ラインには第2ウォータポンプが備えられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用ヒートポンプシステム。 - 前記第1バルブと前記チラーとの間で前記第1連結ラインには第7バルブが備えられ、
前記バッテリモジュールと前記チラーとの間で前記バッテリ冷却ラインには加熱器が備えられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用ヒートポンプシステム。 - 前記加熱器は、前記バッテリモジュールのウォームアップ時にON作動し、前記バッテリ冷却ラインで循環する冷却水を加熱して前記バッテリモジュールに流入させる
ことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の車両用ヒートポンプシステム。 - 前記加熱器は、車両の暖房モード、または車両の暖房および除霜モードで選択的にON作動し、前記バッテリ冷却ラインで循環する冷却水を加熱する
ことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の車両用ヒートポンプシステム。
