Claims (13)
- 取付部(12)が基部(14、74)に対してチルト可能であるように、かつ、前記取付部(12)がその長手方向軸(16、19)の周囲で回転可能であるように、前記取付部(12)を前記基部(14、74)に連結するよう構成された、ボール継手(10)であって、
前記取付部に関連付けられ、かつ、両端を有する溝(20、70)が設けられた、ボール(11、71)と、
前記基部(14、74)内に形成され、かつ、凹部(30、80)が設けられた、ボールソケット(13、75)と、
連結要素(40、90)とを備え、
前記ボール(11、71)及び前記連結要素(40、90)は、前記連結要素(40、90)の一部分が前記溝(20、70)の中に配置され、かつ、前記連結要素(40、90)の別の部分が前記凹部(30、80)の中に配置されて、それにより前記ボール(11、71)の運動が制限されるように、前記ボールソケット(13、75)内に配設され、
前記凹部(30、80)及び前記溝(20、70)は、それらの中で前記連結要素(40、90)の前記それぞれの部分が動くことが可能になるように配設され、
前記溝(20、70)と、前記凹部(30、80)と、前記連結要素(40、90)との複合構成が、前記ボール(11、71)が少なくとも360度の回転運動によって第1端位置から第2端位置まで動くことを可能にし、
前記連結要素(40、90)が前記凹部(30、80)の平面において自由に動くことが可能になるように、前記連結要素(40、90)の前記凹部の中に配置された前記部分よりも、前記凹部(30、80)の方が大きい、ボール継手(10)。 - 前記溝(20、70)は、基本的に前記ボール(11、71)の周囲に配設される、請求項1に記載のボール継手。
- 前記溝(20)は、前記溝(20)の両端間に間隙(21)が提供されるように、エクアトリアルに配設され、前記凹部(30)は、前記連結要素(40)の前記凹部の中に配置された前記部分が前記間隙に対応する距離だけ動くことを可能にするよう配設される、請求項1又は2に記載のボール継手。
- 前記凹部(30)は、前記ボール(11)のチルト軸が前記凹部(30)を通って延在するように配設される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のボール継手。
- 前記溝(70)はらせん状に配設される、請求項1又は2に記載のボール継手。
- 前記溝(70)は、少なくとも前記ボール(71)の周囲に配設される、請求項5に記載のボール継手。
- 前記凹部(30、80)は円形である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のボール継手。
- 円形の前記凹部(30、80)は、前記ボール(11、71)のチルト軸が前記凹部(30)の中心を通って延在するように配設される、請求項7に記載のボール継手。
- 前記取付部(12)は、前記基部(14、74)に対して少なくとも90度チルト可能である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のボール継手。
- 前記連結要素(40、90)は鋼で作製される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のボール継手。
- 前記取付部は、モニタリングカメラデバイス、照明デバイス、又はスピーカーデバイスの一部である、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のボール継手。
- 取付部(12)が基部(14、74)に対してチルト可能であるように、かつ、前記取付部(14、74)がその長手方向軸(16、19)の周囲で回転可能であるように、ボール継手(10)によって連結されている前記取付部(12)と前記基部(14、74)とを備える、システムであって、前記ボール継手は、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に準じて構成されている、システム。
- 前記取付部(12)を備えるモニタリングカメラデバイスを更に含む、請求項12に記載のシステム。
