Abstract

第1の材料および第2の材料の層を有する中間転写ベルト(ITB)であって、前記第1の材料および前記第2の材料の前記層が前記ITBの区別可能な領域にあり、パターン状態であり、前記第1の材料が光開始剤を含み、前記第2の材料が前記光開始剤を含まないことを除いて前記第1の材料は前記第2の材料と同じである、中間転写ベルト(ITB)と、
前記ITBに対して移動して、前記ITBと接触するプラテンであって、前記ITBは、前記プラテンが前記ITBと接触するたびに、前記第1の材料および前記第2の材料の連続層を前記プラテンに転写する、プラテンと、
前記プラテンを加熱し、前記プラテンと隣接する前記ITBの一部を加熱した後、前記プラテンが前記ITBと接触するヒータと、

- 三次元(3D)印刷システムであって、
中間転写ベルト(ITB)と、
第1の材料を前記ITBに転写する第1の感光体と、
第2の材料を前記ITBに転写する第2の感光体であって、前記第1の材料が光開始剤を含み、前記第2の材料が前記光開始剤を含まないことを除いて前記第1の材料は前記第2の材料と同じである、第2の感光体と、
前記ITBに対して移動して、前記ITBと接触するプラテンであって、前記ITBは、前記プラテンが前記ITBと接触するたびに、前記第1の材料および前記第2の材料の連続層を前記プラテンに転写する、プラテンと、
前記プラテンを加熱し、前記プラテンと隣接する前記ITBの一部を加熱した後、前記プラテンが前記ITBと接触するヒータと、
前記プラテンが前記ITBと毎回接触した後に前記プラテン上の前記第1の材料および前記第2の材料を露光し、前記第2の材料のポリマーを架橋せずに、前記第1の材料のポリマーを架橋する光であって、前記連続層が転写された後に、前記プラテンから前記第1の材料および前記第2の材料の3D対象物を取り除く、光と、
前記第1の材料および前記第2の材料の前記3D対象物に溶媒を適用するすすぎステーションであって、前記第2の材料のみを溶解し、前記第1の材料には影響を与えずに残し、架橋されている前記第1の材料の前記ポリマーおよび架橋されていない前記第2の材料の前記ポリマーが、前記第2の材料を、前記ビルド材料に対して前記溶媒中に選択的に可溶性にする、光と、
を含む三次元(3D)印刷システム。 - 前記プラテンは、前記第1の材料および前記第2の材料を露光する前記光の前に、前記ITBから前記光に移動する、請求項7に記載の3D印刷システム。
- 三次元(3D)印刷方法であって、
中間転写ベルト(ITB)に第1の材料を転写する工程と、
第2の材料を前記ITBに転写する工程であって、前記第1の材料が光開始剤を含み、前記第2の材料が前記光開始剤を含まないことを除いて前記第1の材料は前記第2の材料と同じである工程と、
プラテンを前記ITBに対して移動させ、前記ITBと接触する工程であって、前記ITBは、前記プラテンが前記ITBと接触するたびに、前記第1の材料および前記第2の材料の連続層を前記プラテンに転写する工程と、
ヒータを用いて、前記プラテンを加熱し、前記プラテンと隣接する前記ITBの一部を加熱した後、前記プラテンが前記ITBと接触する工程と、
前記プラテンが前記ITBと毎回接触した後に光を用いて前記プラテン上の前記第1の材料および前記第2の材料を露光して、前記第2の材料のポリマーを架橋することなく、前記第1の材料のポリマーを架橋する工程と、
前記連続層のすべてが転写された後、前記プラテンから前記第1の材料および前記第2の材料の3D対象物を取り除く工程と、
すすぎステーションを用いて溶媒を前記3D対象物に適用し、前記第2の材料のみを溶解し、前記第1の材料には影響を与えずに残し、架橋されている前記第1の材料の前記ポリマーおよび架橋されていない前記第2の材料の前記ポリマーが、前記第2の材料を前記ビルド材料に対して前記溶媒中に選択的に可溶性にする工程と、
を含む三次元(3D)印刷方法。 - 前記プラテンを前記ITBから前記光に移動させる工程は、前記第1の材料および前記第2の材料を露光する前記光の前に生じる、請求項9に記載の3D印刷方法。
