Claims (3)
- 射出成形用金型の固定側金型の型板上に配設され、内部に射出成形機からの溶融樹脂をゲートブッシュ側に供給する樹脂通路を設けてなるマニホールドの加熱装置であって、マニホールドの複数個所にヒータ配設孔が設けられてあり、各ヒータ配設孔には、外周面が全長に亘って平滑な面に形成された伝熱性に優れた金属製筒体内に酸化マグネシウムなどの絶縁性材料の充填材層を介して棒状のセラミックヒータを内蔵してなる加熱体が内装されていることを特徴とする射出成形用金型のマニホールドの加熱装置。
- マニホールドはその内部の樹脂通路に沿って複数の領域に区画されていて、各領域に複数の加熱体が縦装されていると共に、各領域の温度を検出する温度センサが配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成形用金型のマニホールドの加熱装置。
- 加熱体における金属製筒体の上端開口部周縁とセラミックヒータの上端部外周面とにそれぞれフランジ部が設けられてあり、金属製筒体のフランジ部上にセラミックヒータのフランジ部を重ねあわせていることを特徴する請求項1に記載の射出成形用金型のマニホールドの加熱装置。
