Abstract
【解決手段】気流からゴミ粒子を取り除くための分離器であって、羽根車を有する第1分離段と、並列に配列された1以上のサイクロン本体を有する第2分離段と、を備え、第1分離段は、第2分離段の上流側にある。羽根車は、分離器を通る気流を発生させ、気流中のゴミ粒子を凝縮させ、清浄気流部分と汚染気流部分とを生じさせ、汚染気流部分のみが、第2分離段を通過させられる。

Claims (15)
- 気流からゴミ粒子を取り除くための真空掃除機用の分離器であって、
羽根車を有する第1分離段と、
1つのまたは並列に配列された複数のサイクロン本体を有する第2分離段と、
を備え、
前記第1分離段が、前記第2分離段の上流側にあり、
前記羽根車が、当該分離器を通る気流を発生させ、かつ、前記第1分離段で前記気流内に渦流を発生させ、
前記渦流が、前記ゴミ粒子を径方向外側に押しやり、外側汚染部分と内側清浄部分とを生じさせており、
汚染気流部分が、前記第2分離段を通過し、
清浄気流部分が、前記第2分離段を迂回することを特徴とする分離器。 - 前記第1分離段が、第1出口及び第2出口を備え、
前記汚染気流部分が、前記第1出口を介して前記第1分離段から出て、
前記清浄気流部分が、前記第2出口を介して前記第1分離段から出ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分離器。 - 前記清浄気流部分には、当該分離器に入る前記ゴミ粒子全てのうちの少なくとも95%がないことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の分離器。
- 前記汚染気流部分が、当該分離器に入る全気流のうちの5%以上25%以下であり、
前記清浄気流部分が、当該分離器に入る全気流のうちの75%以上95%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の分離器。 - 当該分離器が、前記第1分離段の上流側に初期分離段を備えており、
前記初期分離段が、前記気流から大型のゴミ粒子及び屑を取り除くことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の分離器。 - 前記初期分離段が、前記気流が前記第1分離段に進む前に通過するサイクロンチャンバを備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の分離器。
- 前記第1分離段が、前記羽根車を駆動させるためのモータを備えることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の分離器。
- 前記モータが、60krpm以上の速度で前記羽根車を回転させることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の分離器。
- 真空掃除機用の分離器において気流からゴミ粒子を取り除くための方法であって、
第1分離段において、羽根車を用いて前記気流と前記気流内にある渦流とを発生させるステップであって、前記渦流が、前記ゴミ粒子を径方向外側に押しやって外側汚染気流部分と内側清浄気流部分とを生じさせる、ステップと、
1つのまたは並列に配列された複数のサイクロン本体を有する第2分離段を前記汚染気流部分を通過させるステップと、
前記清浄気流部分が、前記第2分離段を迂回するステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記羽根車の下流側にある前記第1分離段において、前記汚染気流部分を前記清浄気流部分から分けるステップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記清浄気流部分が、タービンセクションを通過させられ、前記清浄気流部分からエネルギーを取り戻すことを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- モータを用いて60krpm以上で前記羽根車を駆動させるステップを備えることを特徴とする請求項9から11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1分離段の上流側にある初期分離段を気流を通過させ、前記気流から大型のゴミ粒子及び屑を取り除くステップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項9から12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の分離器を備えることを特徴とする真空掃除機。
- 真空掃除機であって、
当該真空掃除機を通る気流を発生させるための羽根車と、
前記羽根車の下流側にあるサイクロン式分離段と、
を備え、
前記サイクロン式分離段が、気流からゴミ粒子を分離するために1つのまたは並列に配列された複数のサイクロン本体を有し、
前記羽根車が、前記気流中に渦流を発生させ、
前記渦流が、外側汚染気流部分と内側清浄気流部分とを生じさせ、
前記汚染気流部分のみが、前記サイクロン式分離段を通過させられ、それにより、全気流のうち5%以上25%が、全気流から全ゴミ粒子を取り除くために前記サイクロン式分離段を通過させられることを特徴とする真空掃除機。
