アスタキサンチンは、市販されている合成品を用いた。キトサンは、市販されているものを用いた。トウガラシは、市販されている一味トウガラシの粉末を用いた。ヒハツは、市販されている果穂の乾燥粉末を用いた。黒ショウガは、黒ショウガ(Kaempferia parviflora)の根茎のエタノール抽出物の乾燥粉末を用いた。乳酸菌は、市販されているヒト腸管由来大腸菌エンテロコッカス・フェカリス(死菌)を用いた。酵母は、市販されている苦味を低減した乾燥ビール酵母粉末(死菌)を用いた。穀物発酵物は、市販されている小麦ふすまの麹菌発酵エキス粉末を用いた。黒酢は、市販されている黒酢エキスを用いた。ビタミン類は、全て市販されているものを用い、ビタミンB1は塩酸塩を用いた。松樹皮は、東洋新薬製の「フラバンジェノール」を用いた。葛の花は、東洋新薬製の「葛の花エキス」を用いた。ギムネマは、市販されているギムネマ・シルベスタの葉から抽出したエキス粉末を用いた。ショウガは、市販されているショウガエキス粉末を用いた。サラシアは、市販されているサラシアレティキュラータの根のエキス粉末を用いた。

Example 1 Lipase Inhibition Test Each test substance suspension was formulated in an Eppendorf tube with 0.1M PBS as a solvent and treated with terminaria and certain other components as follows. For terminaria, powder obtained by drying a hot water extract of the pulp of Terminaria berylica was used. For barley young leaves, “Barley young leaf powder” manufactured by Toyo Shinyaku was used. For the sweet potato young leaves, Toyo Shinyaku Co., Ltd. “sweet potato young leaf powder” was used.
Astaxanthin used was a commercially available synthetic product. Commercially available chitosan was used. As the chili pepper, a commercially available strawberry chili powder was used. Hihatsu used a commercially available dried powder of fruit spikelets. As the black ginger, a dry powder of the ethanol extract of the rhizome of Kaempferia parviflora was used. As the lactic acid bacteria, commercially available E. coli Enterococcus faecalis (dead bacteria) derived from human intestine was used. As the yeast, commercially available dry brewer's yeast powder (dead bacteria) with reduced bitterness was used. As a cereal fermented product, commercially available wheat bran koji mold fermented extract powder was used. As the black vinegar, a commercially available black vinegar extract was used. Vitamins used were all commercially available and vitamin B1 was hydrochloride. As the pine bark, “Flavandenol” manufactured by Toyo Shinyaku was used. Kuzunohana used “Kuzunohana Extract” manufactured by Toyo Shinyaku. As the Gymnema, an extract powder extracted from the leaves of a commercially available Gymnema sylvestre was used. As the ginger, commercially available ginger extract powder was used. As Salacia, commercially available Salacia reticulata root extract powder was used.
配合した各サンプル液に0.08mg/mLリパーゼを5μL、エラスターゼ阻害液を4μL、発色液を200μL添加し、遮光して30±1℃で、5分間プレインキュベートした。基質液を20μL添加して、30±1℃にて、30分間インキュベートした後、停止液を400μL加えた。ブランクに関しては、反応停止液を加えた後に基質液を加えた。96穴プレートに、反応液を300μL移し、マイクロプレートリーダーにて412nmにおける吸光度を測定した。測定した吸光度を用いて、下記式にてリパーゼ阻害率を算出した。
