Claims (15)
- 触媒(9)と、当該触媒(9)へと通じる排ガス供給管(8)と、当該触媒(9)から出る排ガス排出管(11)と、を備える内燃機関の排ガス後処理システム(3)において、
前記排ガス供給管(8)は、下流側の端部(15)が、前記SCR触媒(9)を受容するリアクター室(10)内に出口を有しており、前記排ガス供給管(8)の前記端部(15)とバッフル要素(19)とが協働し、当該バッフル要素は前記排ガス供給管(8)の前記下流側の端部(15)に対して位置変更可能であることを特徴とする排ガス後処理システム。 - 請求項1に記載の内燃機関の排ガス後処理システム(3)において、
SCR触媒(9)と、当該SCR触媒(9)へと通じる排ガス供給管(8)と、当該SCR触媒(9)から出る排ガス排出管(11)と、前記排ガス供給管(8)に配設されるとともに、還元剤、特にアンモニアまたはアンモニア前駆物質を排ガスに導入するための導入装置(16)と、前記排ガス供給管(8)により前記導入装置(16)の下流において提供されるとともに、前記SCR触媒(9)の上流で前記排ガスと前記還元剤を混合するための混合経路(18)と、を備えるSCR排ガス後処理システムを特徴とする排ガス後処理システム。 - 前記バッフル要素(19)は前記排ガス供給管(8)の前記下流側の端部(15)に対して位置変更可能であり、それにより前記排ガス供給管(8)を前記下流側の端部(15)において遮断するか、または前記排ガス供給管(8)を前記下流側の端部(15)において開放することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の排ガス後処理システム。
- 排ガス供給管(8)を開放すべきとき、前記排ガス供給管(8)の前記下流側の端部(15)に対する前記バッフル要素(19)の相対位置は、排ガス質量流量に、および/または排ガス温度に、および/または前記排ガス質量流に導入された前記還元剤の量に依存していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の排ガス後処理システム。
- 前記バッフル要素(19)は、前記排ガス供給管(8)の前記下流側の端部(15)に対して、直線的に位置変更可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理システム。
- 前記バッフル要素(19)は空気圧式制御シリンダ(20,21)を介して、前記排ガス供給管(8)の前記下流側の端部(15)に対して位置変更可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理システム。
- 前記排ガス供給管(8)の前記下流側の端部(15)は、ディフューザを形成しながら漏斗状に拡開することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理システム。
- 前記バッフル要素(19)は、前記排ガス供給管(8)の前記下流側の端部(15)に対向する面(24)であって、前記排ガス流と前記還元剤とが当たる面において、流れガイド面を形成しながら湾曲していることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理システム。
- 前記バッフル要素(19)は、前記排ガス供給管(8)の前記下流側の端部(15)に対向する前記面(24)において湾曲しており、それにより前記バッフル要素(19)の径方向内側部分において、当該バッフル要素(19)の径方向外側部分におけるよりも、前記排ガス供給管(8)の前記下流側の端部(15)への距離が小さいことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の排ガス後処理システム。
- 前記バッフル要素(19)は、前記排ガス供給管(8)の前記下流側の端部(15)に対向する前記面(24)において鐘状に湾曲していることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の排ガス後処理システム。
- 前記排ガス供給管(8)と前記排ガス排出管(11)との間に前記触媒(9)またはリアクター室(10)に対するバイパス管(12)が介装されており、当該バイパス管(12)内に遮断要素(13)が設けられており、当該遮断要素の位置は、前記排ガス供給管(8)の前記下流側の端部(15)に対する前記バッフル要素(19)の位置に依存していることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理システム。
- 前記バッフル要素(19)は触媒コーティングを担持していることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理システム。
- 内燃機関(1)、特にディーゼル燃料で、重油燃料またはガスで作動する内燃機関であって、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理システム(3)を備える内燃機関。
- 前記内燃機関は、高圧タービン(6)を含む第一のターボチャージャ(4)と、低圧タービン(7)を含む第二のターボチャージャ(5)と、を備える多段式排ガス過給システム(2)を有しており、前記排ガス後処理システム(3)は前記高圧タービン(6)と前記低圧タービン(7)との間に介装されていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記内燃機関は一段式排ガス過給システム(2)を有しており、前記排ガス後処理システム(3)は前記タービンの上流に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の内燃機関。
