Claims (7)
- 排気ターボ過給機と排出制御装置とを有する内燃機関、特に重質燃料油を用いて動作する船舶用ディーゼル内燃機関であって、前記排気ターボ過給機が1つまたは複数の排気ターボチャージャ(11、11a、11b)を含み、前記排出制御装置がSCR触媒コンバータ(14)を含む内燃機関において、
前記SCR触媒コンバータ(14)は少なくとも2つのSCR触媒コンバータの段階(15、16)を含み、第1のSCR触媒コンバータの段階(15)が、排気の流れの方向から見て排気ターボチャージャ(11、11b)のタービン(12、12b)の上流に配置され、第2のSCR触媒コンバータの段階(16)が、排気の流れの方向から見て前記排気ターボチャージャ(11、11b)の前記タービン(12、12b)の下流に配置されることを特徴とする、内燃機関。 - 前記排気ターボ過給機が1段式の設計のものであって単一の排気ターボチャージャ(11)を含み、前記第1のSCR触媒コンバータの段階(15)が前記排気ターボチャージャ(11)の前記タービン(12)の上流に配置され、前記第2のSCR触媒コンバータの段階(16)が前記排気ターボチャージャ(11)の前記タービン(12)の下流に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記排気ターボ過給機が2段式の設計のものであり、高圧の排気ターボチャージャ(11a)と低圧の排気ターボチャージャ(11b)とを含み、前記第1のSCR触媒コンバータの段階(15)が前記低圧の排気ターボチャージャ(11b)の低圧の前記タービン(12b)の上流に配置され、前記第2のSCR触媒コンバータの段階(16)が前記低圧の排気ターボチャージャ(11b)の低圧の前記タービン(12b)の下流に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記第1のSCR触媒コンバータの段階(15)が、前記高圧の排気ターボチャージャ(11a)の高圧の前記タービン(12a)の下流に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の内燃機関。
- 共通の還元剤噴射部(17)が、両方の前記SCR触媒コンバータの段階(15、16)のために設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記共通の還元剤噴射部(17)が、前記第1のSCR触媒コンバータの段階(15)の上流の排気の中に還元剤を噴射することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記共通の還元剤噴射部(17)が、前記第1のSCR触媒コンバータの段階(15)に基づいて、排気の中に還元剤を超化学量論的に噴射することを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の内燃機関。
