Claims (14)

- CT撮像装置であって、ラック(110)を備え、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の、CT撮像装置用の1つ以上のX線送受信コンポーネント(100、400、500)をさらに備え、前記X線送受信コンポーネント(100、400、500)が、前記ラック(110)に取り付けられているCT撮像装置。
- CT撮像方法であって、
診断の種類に応じて、形成する必要がある画像の分解能を決定するステップと、
撮像走査を実行するためにCT撮像装置を制御するステップであって、前記診断の種類に応じて走査対象に方形テーパ状のまたは扇形のX線ビームを放射するために前記CT撮像装置の複数の管球装置(40)の全部または一部を制御することを含み、前記CT撮像装置が、複数の検出装置(42)をさらに備え、前記複数の検出装置(142)が、前記複数の管球装置(40)に対応し、前記対応する管球装置(40)によって放射される前記方形テーパ状のまたは扇形のX線ビームを受信するように構成され、前記方形テーパ状のまたは扇形のX線ビームのそれぞれが、走査視野(FOV1〜FOV7)を通過するX線を含み、前記複数の検出装置(42)が、前記走査視野(FOV1〜FOV7)内の異なる領域を通過するX線を受信するように構成され、前記複数の管球装置(40)が、微小焦点管球装置であり、前記複数の検出装置(42)が、フラットパネルディテクタまたは光電結合検出器であるステップと、
前記複数の管球装置(40)の全部または一部に対応する前記検出装置(42)から画像データを収集し、前記画像データを記憶するステップと、
前記決定された分解能に応じて画像再構成モードを決定し、前記決定された画像再構成モードで前記画像を再構成するステップであって、前記画像再構成モードが、第1の画像再構成モードおよび第2の画像再構成モードを含み、前記第1の画像再構成モードが、前記記憶された画像データをデータブロックに分割し、前記データブロックに応じて前記画像を再構成することを含み、前記データブロックのそれぞれが、複数の画素点のデータを融合させることによって得られるデータを含み、前記第2の画像再構成モードが、前記記憶された画像データのすべての画素点のデータに応じて前記画像を再構成することを含むステップと
を含むCT撮像方法。 - 前記画像が、前記第1の画像再構成モードで再構成された後に、
造影剤が走査対象に使用されていたか否かを判定するステップと、
そうであった場合に、前記再構成された画像内に強調表示領域を配置するステップと、
前記第1の画像再構成モードまたは前記第2の画像再構成モードで前記強調表示領域の画像再構成を実行するステップと
をさらに含む、請求項11に記載のCT撮像方法。 - 前記走査対象の画像を得るために前記CT撮像装置と単一光子放射型コンピュータ断層撮影装置または陽電子放射断層撮影装置とを組み合わせることによって前記走査対象の統合撮像を実行するステップと、
前記走査対象の前記得られた画像内に強調表示領域を配置するステップと、
前記第1の画像再構成モードまたは前記第2の画像再構成モードで前記強調表示領域の画像再構成を実行するステップと
をさらに含む、請求項11に記載のCT撮像方法。 - 前記第1の画像再構成モードに対応する分解能が、複数のレベルを備え、前記第1の画像再構成モードにおいて、前記データブロックのデータ点の数が、異なる分解能のレベルによって異なる、請求項11に記載のCT撮像方法。
