Claims (10)
- 電極タブの敷板であって、前記電極タブの敷板はフォーク状をなし、接続部及び二つの第1の分枝を備え、二つの前記第1の分枝は並列に設置され、且つ二つの前記第1の分枝の間に第1の隙間を有し、二つの前記第1の分枝はいずれも前記接続部に接続されていることを特徴とする電極タブの敷板。
- 把持部をさらに備え、前記把持部は、前記接続部の、前記第1の分枝から離れる側に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極タブの敷板。
- 前記第1の分枝の、前記接続部から離れる端部に第1のガイド面が設置されており、前記第1のガイド面は、前記第1の分枝の、前記接続部から離れる側から前記接続部に近づく側まで徐々に前記第1の隙間の方向へ接近していくことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極タブの敷板。
- 前記第1のガイド面は面取り面であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電極タブの敷板。
- 第2の分枝をさらに備え、前記第2の分枝は二つの前記第1の分枝の間に設置され、且つ二つの前記第1の分枝と並列に設置され、前記第2の分枝と二つの前記第1の分枝との間にそれぞれ第2の隙間を有し、前記第2の分枝は前記接続部に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極タブの敷板。
- 前記第2の分枝の、前記接続部から離れる端部に第2のガイド面が設置され、前記第2のガイド面は前記第2の分枝の、前記接続部から離れる側から前記接続部に近づく側まで徐々に前記第2の分枝の両側の前記第2の隙間の方向へ接近していくことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電極タブの敷板。
- 電池であって、ベアセル及び請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の電極タブの敷板を備え、前記ベアセルの先端部には電極タブが設置されており、前記電極タブの敷板は、前記ベアセルの先端面に平行する方向に設置され、前記ベアセルの電極タブが第1の隙間内に収容されるようにしたことを特徴とする電池。
- 前記電極タブの敷板は第2の分枝をさらに備え、前記第2の分枝は二つの前記第1の分枝の間に設置され、且つ二つの前記第1の分枝と並列に設置され、前記第2の分枝と二つの前記第1の分枝との間にそれぞれ第2の隙間を有し、前記第2の分枝は前記接続部に接続され、前記ベアセルは少なくとも二つが設置され、且つ並列に接続され、各々の前記ベアセルの先端部に電極タブが設置され、複数の前記電極タブは並列に平行配列され、前記電極タブの敷板は前記ベアセルの先端面に平行する方向に設置され、前記ベアセルの電極タブがいずれも第2の隙間内に収容されるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電池。
- 前記第1の分枝の内側に位置する前記電極タブは互いに離間する側へ折り曲げられ、前記第1の分枝の上方まで延伸し、さらに互いに接近する方向へ折り曲げられ、前記第2の隙間の上方まで延伸することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電池。
- 二つの前記第1の分枝の対向する側面の間隔は、二つの前記第2の隙間内に収容された前記電極タブの間隔よりも少なくとも1mm大きいことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電池。
