Abstract
【解決手段】ハウジング(1)内に収容され第1の係止部(1e)に対し一端部が近接離隔可能に支持される第1の軸部材(10)と、この他端部に一端部が連結される第2の軸部材(20)と、第1の軸部材の一端部と第1の係止部との間に介装される第1の付勢部材(31)と、第1の軸部材の他端部と第2の係止部(34)との間に介装される第2の付勢部材(32)と、ハウジング内で第1の軸部材の軸に対し直交する方向に移動可能に、且つ、ハウジングの内側面に当接可能に第1の軸部材に支持され、ハウジングの内側面を押圧する押圧部材(40)を備える。

Claims (10)
- 車体に対し軸方向両端のブラケットを介して支持される車体補強装置において、前記両端のブラケットのうちの一方のブラケットに連結され、当該軸方向に所定距離隔てた位置の内側に第1の係止部及び第2の係止部を有するハウジングと、該ハウジング内に収容され前記第1の係止部に対し一端部が近接離隔可能に支持される第1の軸部材と、該第1の軸部材の他端部に一端部が連結され他端部が前記両端のブラケットのうちの他方のブラケットに連結される第2の軸部材と、前記第1の軸部材の一端部と前記第1の係止部との間に介装される第1の付勢部材と、前記第1の軸部材の他端部と前記第2の係止部との間に介装される第2の付勢部材と、前記ハウジング内で前記第1の軸部材の軸に対し直交する方向に移動可能に、且つ、前記ハウジングの内側面に当接可能に前記第1の軸部材に支持され、前記ハウジングの内面を押圧する押圧部材とを備えたことを特徴とする車体補強装置。
- 前記第1の軸部材に支持され、前記ハウジングの内側面に対する前記押圧部材の押圧力を調整する調整部材を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車体補強装置。
- 前記第1の軸部材の軸方向に延在し、前記第1の軸部材の一端部に連結されて前記第1の付勢部材を支持する支持部材を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の車体補強装置。
- 前記第1の付勢部材における前記第1の軸部材の軸方向の自由長が、前記第1の軸部材の一端部と前記ハウジングの前記第1の係止部との間の当該軸方向長さより、長く設定されると共に、前記第2の付勢部材における前記第1の軸部材の軸方向の自由長が、前記第1の軸部材の他端部と前記ハウジングの前記第2の係止部との間の当該軸方向長さより、長く設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の車体補強装置。
- 前記ハウジング内に保持され、前記第2の付勢部材の軸方向移動を阻止し前記第2の係止部を構成する保持部材を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の車体補強装置。
- 前記ハウジングの内面に形成される溝を有し、該溝に嵌着され、前記保持部材の軸方向移動を阻止する弾発部材を備えたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の車体補強装置。
- 前記ハウジングは、底部及び開口部を有する有底筒体形状のケースを備え、該ケースの底部近傍に前記第1の係止部が構成され、当該ケースの開口部に前記第2の係止部が構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の車体補強装置。
- 前記第1の付勢部材及び前記第2の付勢部材のうちの一方の付勢部材が弾性体で構成され、他方の付勢部材がばね部材で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の車体補強装置。
- 前記第1の軸部材は、前記第1の軸部材の軸に直交する方向に形成された螺子穴と、該螺子穴に連続して前記押圧部材を収容する凹部を有し、前記ハウジングは、前記凹部の反対側で前記螺子穴に対向する所定位置に開口部を有し、前記調整部材は、前記螺子穴に螺合される雄螺子部と、該雄螺子部に連続して前記開口部側に形成された回転操作頭部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の車体補強装置。
- 前記調整部材は、前記雄螺子部の軸に直交する方向の回転時に前記回転操作頭部の側面が前記ハウジングの開口部の内側面に当接可能に配設されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の車体補強装置。
