Abstract
Description
軟質ガラス製のバルブと、
該バルブを封止する軟質ガラス製の封止部と、
前記バルブ内において前記封止部から起立して相互に対峙する起立部分を有し、前記封止部に固着されつつ前記封止部を貫通し、前記封止部の外に露出している1対のリード線と、
前記1対のリード線の前記起立部分間に配設され、両端部において各起立部分の先端部に保持されるフィラメントと、
前記フィラメントより前記封止部側において1対のリード線の前記起立部分間に配設され、両端部において各起立部分に結合している軟質ガラス製のブリッジとを備え、
各リード線は、前記起立部分の先端側の端を一端、及び前記封止部の外に露出している露出側の端を他端として、一端側から他端側の方に順番にヤング率が低下する第1区分、第2区分及び第3区分に区分され、
前記第3区分は、ジュメット線又はニッケルメッキ膜付きジュメット線から成り、
各リード線は、前記第3区分において前記封止部を貫通していることを特徴とする白熱電球。
Claims (4)
- 軟質ガラス製のバルブと、
該バルブを封止する軟質ガラス製の封止部と、
前記バルブ内において前記封止部から起立して相互に対峙する起立部分を有し、前記封止部に固着されつつ前記封止部を貫通し、前記封止部の外に露出している1対のリード線と、
前記1対のリード線の前記起立部分間に配設され、両端部において各起立部分の先端部に保持されるフィラメントと、
前記フィラメントより前記封止部側において1対のリード線の前記起立部分間に配設され、両端部において各起立部分に結合している軟質ガラス製のブリッジとを備え、
各リード線は、前記起立部分の先端側の端を一端、及び前記封止部の外に露出している露出側の端を他端として、一端側から他端側の方に順番にヤング率が低下する第1区分、第2区分及び第3区分に区分され、
前記第3区分は、ジュメット線又はニッケルメッキ膜付きジュメット線から成り、
各リード線は、前記第3区分において前記封止部を貫通していることを特徴とする白熱電球。 - 請求項1記載の白熱電球において、
前記第1区分は、モリブデンを主成分とする材料から成ることを特徴とする白熱電球。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の白熱電球において、
前記第2区分は、ニッケルを主成分とする材料から成り、
各リード線は、前記第2区分において前記ブリッジを貫通していることを特徴とする白熱電球。 - 請求項3に記載の白熱電球において、
前記第2区分は、前記ブリッジの貫通部において径方向にツブシ加工がなされていることを特徴とする白熱電球。
