- 前記モード選択回路は、前記入力電圧が第2基準電圧以上から前記第2基準電圧未満に減少する時、前記コンバーティングモードを前記第2モードから前記第1モードに変更し、
前記第2基準電圧は前記第1基準電圧と相異することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のDC−DCコンバータ。 - 前記モード選択回路は、前記入力電圧に基づいて前記第1モード、前記第2モード、及び第3モードのうち、いずれか1つを前記コンバーティングモードとして選択することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のDC−DCコンバータ。
- 前記第3モードで、
前記第1スイッチング素子は前記第1スイッチング制御信号によりターンオン及びターンオフ状態を繰り返し、
前記第2スイッチング素子は前記第2スイッチング制御信号によりターンオン状態を維持することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のDC−DCコンバータ。 - 前記第3モードで、
前記第2スイッチング制御信号は前記入力電圧であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のDC−DCコンバータ。 - 前記モード選択回路は、前記入力電圧が第1基準電圧未満から前記第1基準電圧以上に増加する時、前記コンバーティングモードを前記第1モードから前記第2モードに変更することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のDC−DCコンバータ。
- 前記モード選択回路は、前記入力電圧が第2基準電圧以上から前記第2基準電圧未満に減少する時、前記コンバーティングモードを前記第2モードから前記第1モードに変更し、
前記第2基準電圧は、前記第1基準電圧と相異することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のDC−DCコンバータ。
